Any Tory leadership election would be well after Brexit decisions had been taken, you should have known that.

I am afraid that there are a shortage of vets to go round, but you provide endless entertainment, so I am happy to leave you with the group who are confused. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

So happy to oblige, it must be awfully dull stuck down in the French outback with all those National Rally supporters.

Who are these National Rally supporters? Never heard of them. With more and more UK passport holders arriving every day to live here, it becomes more difficult to avoid complaints about the way that the Tories are tearing the country apart, but if playing devils advocate I can always throw in a quote from SH which brings about a startled look, then a broad smile as they realise it is a joke.

The far right wing supporters that are making the National rally favourites to win the European elections in France. Are these the ones that you confidently claimed were finished after the last French election? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

You have been getting a fix of the Express again, because they do not register at all in these parts, in fact I doubt that anyone would know what you were talking about. The only mention of the far right is that they are a bunch of thugs, sent into Paris by Le Pen to cause trouble, and we don't vote for thugs out here. Still no doubt you will soon be out and about posting leaflets through letter boxes, which might provide some interesting doorstep discussions.

Your National Rally 'thugs' are the most popular choice for the EU elections at the moment in France. Without doubt your neighbours are fooling you by concealing their voting intentions. :emoticon-0127-lipss

Mr. Hunt has been on radio today suggesting that MPs might be given a free vote next week without the party whips getting involved. There can only be one reason for this, that the PM knows too many cabinet ministers would resign if whipped, bringing about the fall of the government.

Interesting the Independent Group are talking about setting up a new party. Clearly both main parties have lost their ways...

We have been hearing that for years. At the last election the two main parties had almost record vote share. The alternatives were shunned by the electorate. The Independent Group will become as insignificant as the Lib Dems are at the moment.
