Are You Ready For The Summer?
As it's a mere 98 days until the transfer window reopens, and our signing Kion Etete on a trial means we obviously understand how transfers work, the rumour mill's gone into overdrive today, so I'll just summarise today's batch
Che Adams (striker, 22yo, Birmingham City, linked with bloody everyone)
Ryan & Stephane Sessegnon (left winger/right back, both 18yo, both Fulham, the exact same deal we were supposed to make last summer...)
Patrick Cutrone (striker, 21yo, Milan, Gianluca Di Marzo suggesting we're offering a fee of €30m)
Andre Onana (goalkeeper, 22yo, Ajax, De Telegraaf quoting a fee of between €30-35m)
He's currently a trialist, so we're probably seeing if we can get the fee a little lower if we wait...

If we wait they will be gone and he'll be free. Good Levying there.

    My shopping basket consists of:

James Ward-Prowse, Wilf Zaha , Sessgnon and Pope.

I wish to return Eriksen and Lloris.

Which Sessegnon? We're linked with both of them.

I really like Nicolò Barella at Cagliari, he’s the kind of midfielder that I love to watch and I think I would thrive in the PL.

SSN linking us to FC Copenhagen winger Robert Skov. He's 22, a Danish U21 international, and was in their preliminary squad for the WC last year. Obligatory youtube compilation below, which you will of course want to play on mute:

He's got 22 goals in the league this season, looks to be 6ft plus with a decent left boot. Takes a mean free kick but we'd soon train that out of him <laugh>

He certainly fits the profile of goalscoring winger I'd like us to look at, though he'd need to adapt of course and its a big step up for him.

    Lower League Rando Watch
    ...yup, back again

Today's LLR is West Brom's 18-year old box-to-box midfielder Rekeem Harper, who broke into their first team in January and definitely isn't being linked with us because his contract expires at the end of the season and his agent is looking for some additional leverage

It's a shame this is obviously his agent looking to play silly buggers, because we certainly need a box-to-box midfielder, and quite frankly WBA deserve a Levying for their twatting about when we tried to sign Berahino

    Scandi Watch
It seems that Scandanavia is the new Belgium/Croatia as Copenhagen winger Robert Skov is being linked with us, and it's not hard to see why considering his blistering form this season where he's scored an astonishing 22 goals in the Superligaen that almost makes it worth overlooking his hideous surname, and having a tricky winger with a traction engine for a right foot would offer us something new - and given he plays in Denmark, he can presumably be picked up for a reasonable fee while we (hopefully...) look to invest hard cash in areas that rhyme with "tentral bidfield"

On the subject of Skov, I have one question: ...what did FC Copenhagen call their Youtube channel?

Indeed. It's the range of passing. That's why he's better than Dier anyway. Apparently.

<laugh>...last summer he was something akin to the second coming and leading them to CL glory and the obvious England captain....after Sunday they were all slating the **** out of him.

Nothing's changed. He was as limited then as he is now. The only difference is 'Dodgy Decision' hasn't been on the score sheet so much lately.
