    Good Morning Everyone

Sheffield Wednesday held the Blades to a 0-0 draw at Hillsborough last night.

Leeds maintain the second automatic spot, two points and a plus five goal difference in favour of leaders Norwich, whilst the Blades stay in third place but move within two points of Leeds.

Chris Wilders side have a superior goal difference of four!

Leeds U23's thrashed Watford 3-0 at Vicarage Road yesterday lunchtime, courtesy of goals from Brown, Struijk and Kun Temenuzhkov!

It was the first time Brown had played 87 minutes!

Surely its time Brown got some proper game time for the Senior team?

The mum of tragic Leeds youngster Toby Nye has admitted defrauding £100,000 from the fund set up to pay for her gravely ill son's rare cancer treatment.

Stacey Worsley pleaded guilty to fraud when she appeared at Leeds Crown Court yesterday

She had abused her position as a trustee of the fund to spend the money on gambling.

West Yorkshire Police has confirmed that all of the money has been recovered.

Worsley's offending did NOT affect Toby's treatment.

Whilst I admit that Worsley should be punished, I have to ask myself whether her actions were that of a sane person?

The stress this poor family have been put through over the last couple of years knowing that your child would probably not see their next birthday is beyond my comprehension!

This is just my opinion, but I am shocked by the amount of people ready with torches and pitchforks to stand as judge and jury!

    Thoughts?

She got caught the deeper they go its a downward spiral. Anyone remember nick leeson they try to make up the losses bit never do.
I suspect she planned to win and set herself up big time. Then was going to put it all back so all seemed ok. What on earth was the solicitor doing not checking for over a year. Surely there has to be one to oversee the funds.
My son lives in brighton he plays the bandits all the time. He owes me £2,700 so i asked for it back. I have not seen or spoken to him since january 2010.he has split with his girl and they sold the flat. I was not offered my money back and will never see it.
I think i am well rid and he can rot for all i care.

    Morning all <ok>

Toby's mum didn't get any of the cash donated by fans, players or the club as it was Ring-fenced according to the club statement last night. All funds collected by the club were spent on treatment.

Some big stories buzzing around today folks

    1. Looking like Bolton could be forced into administration as soon as later today. Yesterday the training ground was locked as they had no power, drinks or food, with players told to stay at home. I believe the facility will be open this morning but not sure players have been told to come in. A potential deal was done last week which would see the bandit owner walk away with a few million and getting all the clubs debt paid off, but looking like the potential owners which involves the former Brentford and Rangers manager have pulled out. HMRC will today issue its winding up order again and players and staff still haven’t been paid. If Bolton are allowed to play on Saturday there are no safety staff because they ain't been paid and may have to play behind closed doors for H&S reasons, if the EFL allow it and the police haven’t been paid so they may refuse it.
    2. Looks like the owners of Derby Country have had enough and want to sell as employing fat Frankie has turned out to be worse than last season where they made the play-offs. Franks team are 9 points worse off already than last years team after the same number of games. Morris the owner is also losing £3m per month because they still have a lot of top earners on the books that Frank couldn’t get rid of.
    3. The Saiz story I caught last night seems to be true as Phil Hay has also weighed into it. Getafe it seems are unhappy with Saiz and looking to send him back now, but if not have told the club they will not be buying him. We really need to find out what the hell is going on because nobody just allows another business to borrow a multi-million pound asset for free.
      1. Was there ever a £6m fee agreed –PH says not.
      2. Did we pay his wages or are Getafe paying him
      3. Did we receive a loan fee, if not why not
    4. The Watford U23 coach (Haydon Mullins) has praised our kids and said the team is full of talent, but the ones that stood out were Izzy Brown as he was unplayable, Jamie Shack and the young Pole Bogust. I can see the young kid being part of the first team run-in.

Morning all. If Saiz deal goes sour it’ll be a shocking mess if we’re paying his wages and if we’ve no guaranteed 6m in summer as originally reported. Cash is tight enough with us without carrying on like this if true

Saiz pulled a fast one on us with the family and mental health card. Made a change from the imaginary yellows he liked to wave at refs. All he has to do is keep playing the system and turn up for training. He wangled xmas off with his family in spain. Leeds can do nothing about him except try to mug him off on another club.
He is a problem and should never have been signed. Did no one check his history?.

Good Morning to Matt and co from a chilly Bardsey.Yes we have internet again after the engineers took 6 hours to put a cable in
Pleased Izzy and the young polish lad played well
Regarding Saizthe players were pleased to see the back of him I fear we may have to take a big loss to get rid of him because he is trouble
Bolton I hope sort out there problems soon what will happen to the unplayed fixtures?

    Morning all...

Call Saiz back, get him to train on his own, if he refuses to show up he is in breach of his contract so at least we’re not paying his wages.

I think we’re all on the same page in regards to Derby and Sky TVs golden boy Lampard.

The mum of Toby Nye - Without knowing the full in and outs it’s a tricky one. I’m lucky I’ve never suffered a gambling addiction, what she did was wrong.

By all accounts both teams were awful last night but then we were against QPR so it happens. It might come back to bite me but I’ve never feared Sheffield United as a top 2 WBA are the ones I thought could ruin our party.

If the Saiz story is true I'm confident we can offload him and make a profit. We paid just over £3m and should double that if sold into the Championship or lower Prem and must be worth £4m or £5m on the Continent. Its just a bit crap that we have been led to believe one thing by the club and it turns out to be bollox.

I think he was trouble in the dressing room and Bielsa wanted shut of him so the club got rid and did a fast deal in Spain

Wakey makes a great point about Idaguci and O'Kane, wonder how they are recovering. Idaguci was doing a fantastic job in Berlin and won MoM a couple of times, so be nice to know what plans are forr him and I reckon O'Kane is history with us anyway but hope he gets himself fit again

Morning all. The next game is exactly what we want after the dismantling of WBA. Bristol are a good team on their own ground who will want to attack us. This Leeds team have several players who should be turning chances into goals. I believe Leeds are beginning to gel spurred on by more young players with real potential than we have had for years.Saturday night will confirm if this optimism is justified.

I wonder if those are the actual wardrobes that the body was kept in, hence why they are on special offer.

A bit insensitive with the placement of that advert, but made me laugh :)

Don't believe we are paying all his wages, they wouldn't want to send him back if we were. With his wife being homesick can't see him coming back, think we will lose the lot, cancelled contract.

Hadn't spotted the Bella mag in the background.

I must also admit I did wonder why Ell was showing us an advert for some discounted wardrobes, thought maybe he had a sideline business or something, then I read the article above, and about 10 seconds later it finally clicked and made me laugh.

Maybe I should take up professional refereeing with my observational skills :emoticon-0102-bigsm
