    Good Morning Everyone

Should Leeds get promoted to the Promised Land, one player that may be on their short list (according to the tabloids) is Liverpool Forward Harry Wilson.

Leeds wanted the 21yo last Summer, but Derby offered the reds 3m to take the youngster on a seasons long loan.

In hindsight, should Leeds have matched the 3m?

Wilson has scored 11 goals with 3 assists over 31 league and Cup games this season so far.

Talking about Derby, Villa hammered them 4-0 at the weekend. 4-0 that's the kind of results dreams are made of - we'll come back to that shortly!

Derby lie in 7th placed, 3 points and a worse goal difference then Bristol City!

Even the most hardened of Leeds fans would not have dreamt of Friday nights scoreline! (Well, maybe one!)

It was a display with all the skill, and especially the intensity that we probably have not seen since the beginning of the season (well, maybe Derby)!

Did Leeds deserve the stick they got from the fans after the QPR game?

Should fans be able to vent their display in any way they want on social media platforms following a bad display?

Does it make them / us hypocrites when all is forgiven days later following a good result?

Morning all, great weekend after Friday nights win.

In regards to venting, I think it is fully acceptable to share opinions, debate, praise and criticise players on a Leeds forum. If a player decides to look in and have a read it is by choice.

I don’t believe it is acceptable to abuse a player on social media like Twitter

    Morning All,

If and it's a big IF we get promoted I would anticipate getting several players in that we probably haven't heard of, but Bielsa wants/ knows. I, as always, hope we would get any new players in early and they have a good long pre-season to get settled in etc and perhaps one marquee signing. Look I've probably jinxed it all now but it's almost time to dream I think? but I hope to feel more confident at about 7.45 tomorrow morning

As for getting annoyed after a loss, we all have our own way of dealing with it. I go out and attack the local vegetation with sharp dangerous objects, others post as if the world, as we know it, is ending. Dissing the club and players is always going to cause angst in some, me included, but I try and ignore these offensive posts for 24 hours, or so, until "normal service" has been resumed. Doesn't always work though :emoticon-0148-yes:

Of cause fans have a rite to complain, they pay the massive wages, try going into work and working at 50% you will soon get your arse kicked and will be back to giving 100% as a result. The best managers never accept mediocrity they kick arses and in doing so make the players better players. How many cups do you think red nose would have won at scum without his hair dryer ?

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Fantastic win with a fantastic performance and some of the players that get most stick on social media stepped up and turned in fantastic individual performances. Harrison, Alioski (Played every game this season) Ayling, Roberts.....

Social media and some of our fans dont go together. We all have an opinion but when our own fans start to abuse our players its time to not bother for a few days. Our fans then turn on themselves FFS, but I bet most are keyboard warriors who would need an AtoZ to get them to Elland road.

I think we on this board should just sit back now and enjoy the ride and squeaky bum time. I think its pointless laying into individual players, slagging team selection, tactics etc as none of know what Bielsa knows and none of see the players in training or their mental attitude. We're at the stage of the season where i never thought I would be, so I am thankful for what the club have done this year, whatever happens and whatever league position we end up in. We have proved by far that we should be top of the league with the most attacking team in the league with a coach who is in a different league.

    I feel for fat frankie......NOT

Morning all. We are all different but for me kicking arses doesn't work though it may work for some. No one plays poorly on purpose, encouragement is best and doesn.t cause resentment.

Everyone is different, and our manager is different,he has made a group of average players into footballers.Heckingbottom was a nice guy and the players walked all over him,Bielsa is ruthless, how many players did he kick out the second he walked through the door,he's a winner and it's his way or fook off,do what he wants and he's a really nice guy.

You help pay the wages,if you don't feel they always have earned it,it's fine to say so,lots of fans work fookin hard to get to and into Elland road and are entitled to expect the same from the team whose wages they pay.If we all accepted less than 100% Heckingbottom would still be here and this same team would be bottom half.

    Morning Matt and all

We seem to struggle to pay £3M to buy a player, let alone pay that for a season long loan.
Before spygate, Derby were a club I dislike, most stupid set of fans I've had the displeasure of meeting, so the fact they look like they may not get into the play offs makes me happy.

I try not to get too despondent after a defeat or think we're world beaters after a win, no matter how good it is. Fans have every right to say what they feel but it's the over the top unjustified one's that irk me,we dont have top class players but they're not a useless bunch of twats either, QPR wasn't great but it wasn't for lack of effort, when players stop trying or have the opinion they're bigger than the club, then they deserve every bit of abuse they get.
I don't mind anyone having a moan as well as it's well reasoned. This is the best season we've had in a long time, I've enjoyed the vast majority of it.

Can i just say one thing if we miss out on auto's by three points or less,i think most of us would look back at that QPR game and say that's where, more than anywhere else we lost it.
But wow what a performance on Friday,Bielsa is a bloody genius how on earth did he get the same team fired up like that, after the QPR debackle,as every other manager would have made wholesale changes, and propably would have lost against WBA.

Irrespective of the rights and wrongs of this argument, the fans having ‘rights’ because they pay the wages bit is something I don’t subscribe to.

You don’t go to Elland Road as a shareholder. You go to watch an event for your own personal gratification. If you’re not happy with the entertainment given you have the option of not going again.

I don’t go to the cinema, find a film a bit underwhelming and feel that gives me moral high ground to slag off the cinema chain, the director of the movie, start hounding the lead actor on Twitter etc.

Yes I can tell people I didn’t enjoy the film, I can leave a review saying the acting was poor etc. But only in football do you get this, ‘I work hard all week and pay their wages’ moral high ground stuff. You pay a fee in the hope of being entertained. Sometimes you’re not. You have the choice whether to continue going or not and spending that hard earned cash elsewhere.

I’m fine with a bit of spleen venting after a disappointing performance while emotions are high, but I’m not a fan of the sense of entitlement.

Part of what makes sport captivating is it’s unpredictability, without the lows you don’t fully appreciate the highs. You can’t expect to be wowed every week. Last week maybe summed that up.

A family friend of mine is Trevor Gould (Brother Bobby). I remember chatting with him when it was announced that Gary McAllister was going to be our next manager, Trevor knew him well, they were friends away from football, I was excited at the thought (like many of us were).

He told me not to build up too much hope, he wished him all the success but he went on to say Gary was a top class coach but he is far too nice to be a manager and we have too many players who’d take advantage of that, he needs to be a number 2 to a Mr Nasty

Anyone else fancy a bit of an upset tonight.
I think Bruce will have them well up for this, what a way to get the fans on his side, plus it will put them 4 points off the play offs, which I don't think they'll make but it would give them heart for next season if they get close

Gessa I think how Wednesday are playing now it wouldn’t be an upset... but it’s a derby.. anything can happen anyway.
