BBC report on the Citeh game (lets all sing "1-0 to the Citeh..."), anyway, pointing out that they had two injuries to add to the two they already have and that their squad might be "stretched". Oddly enough they didn't suggest this might be because they didn't spend enough.
This is not mentioned in the BBC match report. It's almost as if it didn't happen... yeah, they've got their United back!
Yep, even in our 3-0 win at Old Toilet, Lucas was scythed down in the box and nothing was given, then Dele Alli was scythed down from behind at Wembley in the game when Eriksen scored after 14 seconds, again nothing given..... oh and this season`s game at Wembley when Dele was pulled back at a corner, again nothing given (but tbf, this game was Mike Dean). All blatant penalties imo.
Good question, interesting comment on the Arsenal board Referee had a really bad day, Spurs obviously came out with the intent to foul in the second half, and he let them get away with it for a good 15 minutes before he picked up on it.
I think Poch told them..."wake up you dozy lot!"......and they did.Sorry we had to tackle you Arsenal lads in the second half. Did it shock you?
The problem with rugby refs is they often adopt the attitude of "Well I didn't give you one try because of a marginal decision, so I'll look the other way for the next one even if you used three forward passes in the buildup" - which sounds remarkably like Anthony Taylor's approach to today's game, especially when it came to penalties
Tielemans got his second assist in four games since joining Leicester. Would love to know why Poch vetoed the move for him. Exact type of CM we need.
Wouldn't surprise me if it was because Monaco would only sanction a loan without an option to make it permanent
'He's better than you! Javi Gracia, is better than you' sing the Watford fans, Welcome to the Prem Brenda
Fulham fail to score because their player doesn't notice that Kepa has dropped the ball in front of him with an open goal. Chelsea score a few minutes later.
Liverpool are wobbling. The thrashing of Watford has masked the fact that in every other game in the past 5 weeks or so they've looked very ordinary and have carried little goal threat. 2 goals in 4 and a half games v Leicester, West Ham, Utd & Bayern.
Us spurs fans aren’t really in a position to pass judgement on that, Luke. We’ve been as bad, if not worse.
