So is it a joke everytime you try and steer the topic that way?

Our first tour of NI everyone in the Regiment was ****ting themselves and almost all 600 of us wrote to our MPs. It ended up with only 14 of us going, it was a tough 4 months I can tell you.

Every time? when else have I randomly drawn the thread that way and dont use the Iran/Israel thread as it served for uselful comparison purposes. How about you stop steering every thread into an exercise to call people anti-semites or bigots <ok>

that is true, as in sas not general military.

I dont know any SAS man, so cant say for sure. but hand to hand i would fancy my chances to be honest. not saying i would 'win' as you never know in any fight.

I never claimed that the military are all paragons of virtue but by and large I saw little in the way of racism, hopefully you gave him a good hiding anyway.

I can. You'd get your arse kicked. These are very, very hard men, not your average soldiers out on the piss.

Because somepoorly trained blokes with balaclavas and cheap bombs would of scared the most elite and best trained unit of killing machines on Earth away. It's the only logical answer.

    no, but enough i think

also i hope you dont think i was implying the military as a whole a racist etc. i am not. I have a military background myself and it would have been my destination had certain things not occurred.

I just see bravery/better as something different to what the OP suggests. To me all th etraining in the world is worthless if you dont have the balls
