With City (hopefully) on course for the premier league next season I began to wonder which players of our current squad were there when we were last in the premier league, so I looked up the 2015/16 squad and found these players in that squad: https://www.worldfootball.net/teams/norwich-city/2016/2/ Now compare it to the current squad of 2018/19: https://www.worldfootball.net/teams/norwich-city/2019/2/ The only players I can see who have any stand-out experience of the premier league are Tettey & Klose, they are going to be crucial next season if we go up due to their experience of the previous campaign in the premier league for City. Whether Pinto will still be a City player or moved on, only time will tell & if we can keep hold of Max Aarons.
And Krul. Not an easy move to the PL. Just look at Ryan Sessegnon - having an o.k. season for 19th place Fulham. Not sure if it's difficult for him or the fact that they keep playing him to different positions.
Forgot about Krul and his time in the pre with Newcastle, when he was probably one of the most sort after keepers until injury curtailed his career. lets hope he can produce the form he had for Newcastle in the Prem', for City in the Prem.
Uncomfortable with talks of promotion. I can't even think of that. All the pundits think we are top 2. A lot of fans think we are top 2 I feel amazingly low on stress. I feel pretty calm and like it is going to happen. Which is very unlike me. All those things make me worry more than anything else.
