Totally different,to tell Scotland, that England,Wales and N Ireland would not pay Scotlands pensions when they are a separate country is nothing like telling your own country you won't pay them.Obviously we wouldn't pay a foreign country's pensions. If the SNP had no plans to pay there own citizens a pension, they were unbelievably stupid. Do you think we still expect to EU to pay farm subsidies after we leave ? of cause not.
Be carefull, be very carefull of some of your comments regarding the older generation. You could be opening a whole bag of worms on an argument you have no chance of winning.
No it's not like that on here as I know by the amount of stuff I get thrown at me that there are no snowflakes on here and whatever I say the grave chasers will just have to suck it up.... I'm sure that's how I'm constantly told it works on this thread
Which argument are you referring to? I'm still awaiting an acknowledgement from chesh that the news on Polish pensions wasn't exactly news (or indeed accurate) ((I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter if I draw a pension at 65,67, 68 or 70 I'll still get my pension before I get that acknowledgement from chesh.....))
I'm waiting my turn with it,just as soon as you admit all the fake news and WW3 was rubbish I will be there.Or did you mean India/Pakistan for WW3 ?
LOL. You sure you understand how pension schemes work? If not, it's very simple - you pay into the scheme all your life (N.I.) & are entitled to reap the rewards at a (n allegedly) predetermined date (UK Pension). Nationalisation would not remove the obligation to pay out on this investment. You may have noticed that english living in Spain get theirs with no issues, for instance. It was always a given that the administration of this invested money would be transferred to Scotland from GB. Only the tories & labour lied openly & stated that it was a fact that this would not happen. It was pitched to those that questioned it that you would lose your investment in the GB pension scheme if you voted YES. When both leading parties are making official phone calls & stating the exact same thing, why would you think it was a lie? Who do you complain to - the MP who's just told you it's fact? Btw, just in case you're unbelievably stupid - & you're trying sooo hard to prove it - the SNP most certainly did have pension plans. It was the other parties that lied that they didn't. Geddit? No? Do I have to read this out to you 500 times before I penetrate the mist? Or should I just give up as you won't listen to fact? And if yo don't believe me, go check. There's oodles of evidence - & the unprecedented election result hugely underlining the truth.
I was hoping you would explain what you meant by Boomer Generation on full pensions, grave chasers I.e coffin Dodgers to coin a phrase. Don't know what Chesh has to do with this.
You are obviously biased, the fact the perv and jimmy cranky were refusing to accept Scotlands % of the national debt. This same national debt means there isn't a big pot of trillions of pounds put away and in reality pensions are paid by them currently working. With this in mind,it's perfectly reasonable that the Scots working paid the Scots pensions.
Actually, you're so wrong again wrt the National Debt. Salmond insisted that the pound would be the Scottish currency, and stated clearly & openly that the Scots would take on their proportion of that debt. This was rejected by the english. Go check. It's factually correct. And before you introduce yet more tangentiality, anyone can adopt alignment to the pound, euro, dollar, or whatever, with no permission required. Have a look around the world for any evidence you might require. I won't comment further about your pensions reasoning. Clearly, contract law is way beyond you & it would be pointless to continue to hit my head against the wall by trying to educate someone who has no interest in learning, preferring fantasy instead.
You want your own country,so get your own money, jocks wanted there own cake and also to share ours. Why when your struggling in a discussion do you get all pompus,is it a scots thing ? Next time you want a vote,I hope the government make the jocks agee to there own currency and National debt first, this would stop the blackmail **** and you can happily fook off.
And herein lies the reason to end this particular discussion. You're clearly demonstrating that you know nothing about what is possible and what was actually proposed wrt currency & the National Debt. I have given you some pointers in case you really were interested in it, but you're clearly not interested & are simply spoiling for a fight. Oh, and if being right is being pompous, then I do not make an apology for it. Right is right. Facts define right, as they do in this case. Feel free to prove me wrong. Perhaps LL could help you by asking his aliens, or if he gets really desperate, Mr Yaxley-Lennon.
only your only right if your idiot tutor who bankrupted the country was right and history says he wasn't look it up,and neither is your Corbyn maths.
The perv only accepted any national debt for scotland if we accepted his blackmail threats, and you started the downward spiral of the conversation as you can see above,so own it.
My Corbyn? I have nothing to do with him, nor want to. My old tutor did not bankrupt the country. Where on earth do you get these fairy stories from? Even LL hasn't got a weird video clip for that one! If you check your facts (which will be a first), you will find 2 things of interest: 1. Brown drew up a plan to cope with the worldwide banking collapse. Other countries had attempted to. The US had already put their plan in place, but when they were informed about Brown's, they pulled theirs & adopted his, as did most of the countries affected. 2. The in-power tory government has more than doubled the national debt since it took over the helm from Labour - in these few years, it has run up more debt than ALL UK governments put together since the beginning of time. An achievement they prefer not to talk about. When first elected, they chose to blame Labour for what they inherited, and introduced a period of austerity - which we're still in & suffering from - as the answer. For some years, Labour were still blamed for the state of the economy, even though the tories were racking up debt like had never been seen before. Indeed, it got so bad that the Chancellor who introduced the austerity package gave up defending it & resigned. His achievement far surpassing a previously awful tory chancellor who, in Nero-esque style, 'played fiddle whilst the city burned' during the collapse known as Black Friday. At least the tories are consistent in their disastrous policy. Few remember that thatcher had to sell the family jewels to bail out Lawson. Sold our housing stock, utilities, & railways, all in the name of 'competition'. Result? More homeless than ever, ridiculously higher energy prices from (almost competiton-free) utility companies that are almost 100% owned by non-Britons, and possibly the worst and most expensive failing railway system in the western world. More tory engineering, just to shore up their 'reputation', whilst decimating the country. And yet people still vote for them. I cannot understand why.
I do love the detail in your fairy stories. Or should I say lack of it. Did this blackmail involve Boris shagging May? Or worse? I honestly have no clue what you're talking about. Which is something we have in common, as you clearly don't have a clue either!
