Wish I'd read ROTOs write-up earlier, as only after reading that did I realise Saddler's Rock was the horse finished third when F&G was beaten long odds-on last time. I remember seeing that race and remarking how very unlucky the 3rd had been. Probably would still have back Opinion Poll though. ROTO that's a great double, very well donw
Not much he could do really, he gave a chance, but it was emptied by the trip. Maybe not as good as thought. But who knows?
great tipping again roto - and you were claiming the other day that you were a novice at this game - again cheers
cheers lads. Its very sunny over here right now and I am praying with all my being that the ground dries out at the Curragh tomorrow. Vincent Ward says Fictional Account just doesn't act on soft ground and even if I don't back it I would love nothing more than to see him win as it would be an incredible achievement for a sheep farmer who has a partial license that means he can only train 4 horses and all his horses are Weld cast offs!
I think Frankie did help it get beat by over confidence so i think he made a mistake but i also feel it was an understandable mistake that was ever so easy to make because he did have everything covered apparently (i think the way everything was rowing away we would all have come to the same conclusion he did). The winner came with a hell of a lot of momentum after being ridden and asked a long way out whilst Frankie sat pretty thinking the race was over and had no chance to race in the end.
Cheers w-folly and rv and a big well done to nass - if only every day was like this - my weekend paid for
Well done to all the winners and to Nass for winning the comp. Ches, Wales will be battered physically by SA and also lose. Samoa nice easy opener against Namibia. Samoa are a better team in my opinion and will batter them physically again. Then Fiji will be no pushover. 4-1 was with Bet 365. Have sold the spread at 26 as well. That looks like free money to me!
Our Sky connection has gone phut so I'm only just catching up on results. Surprised that no one has mentioned the fact that OLD HUNDRED is a half-brother to George Washington and Grandera, though Channel 4 might have noticed.
Well done all winners. Some excellent tipping yet again. I thought I was sitting pretty with Opinion Poll (and so did Frankie I think). Not sure what to make of that ride. Judging by the way the winner went away I guess it would have won whatever Frankie had done but it did leave me a bit deflated, thinking he had it sewn up.
Still a cracking shout ROTO felt the same in the opener with Caledonian Lady rattling home for EW money.
They'll be battered Don for sure but they all batter each other these days. tough games, i like samoa and on second thoughts i agree that 4-1 is a decent price. hope it doesn't come off though for my own taffy reasons.
