Blimey - clear Man U didn't warm up well ! 3 injured and Rashford limping around . Liverpool will kick themselves if they don't win .
A good point for Man Utd considering the injuries. First half of the league cup final has been awful to watch. You can see why the Chelsea tactics have infuriated their own supporters.
Oh dear - sounds like Sarri really had his authority tested at the end with the goalie refusing to go off !!
I think Chelsea are in a bit of a mess. Sarri has clearly lost the players respect. It was quite a spectacle as he called the keeper off due to injury and the replacement stood there waiting to come on. Other team members should have told the keeper to go off, but failed to do so. Roman Abramovich hasn't been seen at the club all season, due to work permit problems. Money laundering has been suggested, but I certainly do not know, and I am not sure that many do. Such a public display of dissent should in normal circumstances mean that the player should be fired, but I doubt that it is that easy. In any case Sarri might go first, despite a good second half display against City.
Never seen anything like it - and he was fooling nobody in his post match interview. "Misunderstanding"my foot
I'm staying in a Wembley hotel this evening having been to a show... I've never seen two sets of fans so depressed! Some came back during ET and pens. Difficult to tell who had won or lost as we made our way through the crowds to our venue.
Brenda Rodgers has pledged his future to Celtic. therefore he will be at Leicester by Tuesday for their home game
Come on you Bluebirds!! https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/feb/25/marco-silva-everton-must-win-cardiff-match Is Silva making a rod for his own back in this article?
Brendan Rodgers is expected to become Leicester City's new manager after Celtic gave him permission to speak to the Premier League club. The Northern Irishman took training as normal on Monday but the Foxes are keen to install a successor to the sacked Claude Puel as soon as possible. Rodgers has won seven domestic trophies out of seven in his time in Glasgow. First-team coach John Kennedy is set to take charge of Celtic for Wednesday's Premiership trip to face Hearts.
What a great few weeks for welcoming back familiar faces, Old Marko S the other week, and in just over a week Mr Brendo R almost certainly returning to say Hi Nice to Be Back to you all.
I take it that he did move north when he took the Celtic job, so we cannot expect any over the garden fence chatter about what he plans.
Talksport Radio have just questioned whether Old Brendy might NOW be tarnishing his reputation...I know theyre not always the brightest of stations but where've they been for the last few years ?
Adrian Mariappa on radio-quite a fan of Bren R, good to play for.No mention of the word integrity tho. He was also complimentary about his current 'Gaffer' when prompted and Deeney. Says they're quite confident about tomorrow night.
