    You can grill it if you prefer. I have it with plain white rice and a big glass of water. Large gulps of the latter needed at regular intervals as it’s quite fiery.
    I think the English version replaces the banana leaf with page 3 of the Sun.

    I slightly overdone it mate, but it was still pretty good. I've paid for worse at supposed fish restaurants.

    To be fair, my misses did all of the prep before she went out. All I did, was put it in the oven and dish it up when ready.

    Marlin is lovely, but another ‘meaty’ fish that doesn’t take well to over cooking. Not had it for years & that sounds ****ing boss.

    I'd only ever do these type of fish in the summer and on a bbq. Plenty of seasoning, slices of onion, big knob of buttter and wrapped in foil.

    I love meaty fish. What's the fairly common one in restaurants called? I can't think now but I always have it if it's on a menu. Proper meaty. Almost a white piece of steak.

    Yeah Monkfish is lovely when cooked right. Had monkfish cheeks at one place though, ****ing minging, swerve if you ever see them on the menu.
