I would put you lot much nearer to the scousers (or them nearer to you) than any other supporters. You almost never read about assaults/cards not being given on any other board, it just seems you both need an excuse/re-assurance for why your team has failed. If in doubt blame the officials
I'm guessing that you don't look on any other board then, as it's very, very common. On those that comment during matches, of couse, so not Arsenal, Chelsea or your own, which are all pretty dead.

That comment explains a lot. Which ref would I prefer? Not Mike Dean. I don't normally say anything about domestic officials when writing our match threads. It shouldn't be predictable for him to be ****.

When it comes down to it,fans support their team through everything.....and that's through their players not turning up,referees going nutty.other fans fanning crap when theirs are playing crap...….but basically spending lots of money hoping their team has been worth it,win,lose or draw. I can still hear my mum yelling at my stepdad after a Spurs defeat..."not my bloody fault Spurs lost!" You probably heard that at your house wherever you lived!
