That's spurs for you. i must say the refs let's burnely away with murder really but that young spurs lad should have been off. then poch 100% is due a charge he was really aggressive there. klopp rightly got a fine for his comments but he's never been that aggressive to anyone (except his own dick when celebrating a goal)
it's actually amazing.. i had a feeling this morning reading how pooch said that this weekend was pivotal. like he expected the easy win then us to lose. classic spurs.
Think it’s interesting they drop points when Kane returns How often does that happen in football I think it’s psychological - with all players out - the others know they have to step up On their return they assume the player returning will just slit back in Bit of complacency I think. Bit like IF we beat Utd Then going and drawing with Watford. I said it before but really cannot see city dropping any points now so we need to match that
My view is when Kane plays they often lack the movement they play with when he is missing. The "problem" is magnified when he comes back and isn't fully fit / match sharp yet he ,by his very presence, is the almost total focus of their attack . So for example Son was pretty much non existent today yet has been their main man whilst he was out. The thing is like Suarez he seems to insist on playing ad given his record the temptation will always be to throw him on whenever he is even near enough fit .
I know mito didn’t seem to like it but the two ref cock ups were totally different The corner that was given was very tight It clearly comes off Burnley player but could have been out of play by time he hits it so very tough tight decision That throw however This needs to be addressed By all - that led direct to a goal If that happens to us tomorrow I will be rightfully fuming The argument of everyone does it etc is total **** If the rule is throw where the ball goes out it needs to be enforced He stole a good 8 yards which enabled him to put Kane through Throw goes to original spot that goal does not happen - simple Must stress this is not a spurs thing Everyone does it but today highlighted why it has to be a rule that’s enforced That decides the destiny of a team and it is illegal we cannot decide which rules we ignore and which we enforce imho
Peterborough just cos me 900 on an 8 fold accumulator boro leeds charlton tranmere bury lincoln mk dons and bloody Peterborough lost
My view on the 3 decisions were Corner - how the hell any official could see that final touch was off the Burnley player is beyond me . Throw in - think it looks "worse" as he took a quick throw in whilst running but "nicking" 5-10 yards is hardly uncommon and wouldn't be mentioned but for it leading to a goal. Bardsley foul - felt like it could have been either yellow or red . Yellow because no coming from side and no off the feet "lunge" however was very high plus the studs could have have been first part of foot to make contact. Thought Dean showed no higher level of incompetence than is normal in the PL.
Max 4 yards. Max. For me that's nothing really, he's run onto ball and thrown it so it's not even really consciousthing, it's kane bring in behind sleepy defender andvthrn guy rushes to deliver. There's no way it's as much as 5 yards never mind 8
Agree with most but the throw did lead to a goal and that’s sort of the point Not shouting foul just saying that needs to be tightened up If relegation or title decided on something like that it not right imho
As tobes would say you need to take another look I would say defo 7/8 yards Went out in other half comfortably throw taken in other half Like I say if utd do that to us tomorrow and it costs a goal I am certain that won’t be the reaction It’s just sloppy officiating Either alter the rule or enforce it don’t just treat it as some ancient by law that no one pays attention to but then once every so often a ref pulls people up for it Which he did later in the game so that to me says he knows he was in the wrong (the ref)
Maybe 2 maybe more. My view is no more than 6 more for city, but we will see. Injuries will have the biggest impact.
