He's been rushed back again, just like last season. It's ridiculous to make the same mistake.

Ironically, it was the 10 days off without playing that did us in.

That's what I said about 2 weeks ago PNP. Drop him for the next match and free up the others.

Didn't really deserve anything from that. Good to see Pochettino finally having a pop at the ref though, wasn't a corner for their opener and Bardsley should have walked for his shocker.

It's not about freeing anyone up, it's about starting a player who isn't anywhere near match fit when we've been winning games without him.

To be honest, I think it’s the break that’s killed us. We had decent momentum despite everything that’s been thrown at us.

Regardless of kane’s goal and his 1 other shot, he was ineffective for nearly the whole match. We were attempting to play our football of 4+ weeks ago, rather than the way we’ve adjusted ourselves since his absence.

A really bad day today with some average performances thrown in, against a side who are incredibly frustrating to play against.
We really need to address how we break sides like this down and how we adjust ourselves tactically against them. We never play well when teams sit deep, and it’s pot luck whether we get a result.

We've lost seven league games this season. Mike Dean has been the ref for three of them.

I think there’s something to be said about Kane’s return coinciding with Son’s quietest game in the last month or so. Probably something to do with spaces occupied and freedom to express himself fully.

I didn’t have the chance to watch the second half, sounded like an absolute ****show. What’s the beef between Poch and the ref that I just saw on Twitter?

He went mad and got in Dean's face at the end of the match.
He was clearly furious and said something like, "You know what you do", repeatedly.
Dean's reply couldn't be seen, but then the camera got close and Pochettino pointed at it and said, "Say it again", several times.
Jesus had a dig too, then pulled the manager away, as he was on the verge of losing it. Had his hands behind his back rather pointedly.

I genuinely do not understand some of the refereeing decisions we get.

It's like the morons have to get it in this season as they will be found out next under VAR.

That said we did not deserve to win...terrible performance imho.

Need to get it together for Wednesday and next Saturday now.

    COYS.

Yes it is about freeing the others up because the others then must step up. I say sell Kane.
