Yep, that was what I meant by the last post. West Ham scoring a third soon after didn't help the clarity One of those whose profile is too low to get a reputation. Meanwhile Son gets booked for getting taken out.
Blatant cheating (handball) not subject to direct criticism in the media or even worthy of serious reported comment by Ranieri. The repeated unpunished diving by Snodgrass doesn't even get a mention. Bad press always seems to deflect away from the Spammer. Wonder why that is?
The owners have escaped very lightly for what they've done to the club. Having been given a massive (albeit crap) stadium at enormous cost to all Londoners, they flogged off the old ground at 50% undervalue, with nothing left to mark the passing of their history. Despite an additional 20,000 capacity, they make £3m more than they did previously because they sell tickets for £1 to half the stadium, have a fan base ready to tear the place down and are exactly as **** as ever they were? It's a ****tastrophe of biblical proportions....and the press don't really want to know. One of Spurs' contractors didn't pay a sparky who filled his weekly hours in wrong and you can't get it off the front page?
I think they charged the whole of the UK with the cost of the Olympics so we all paid. I think you are referring to the additional cost of converting the stadium according to the God Coe. So how many athletic events has it held in the last 12 months? Or any events other than West Ham has it hosted?
Stuff's starting to leak out about City's abuses... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47339005 ...their owners haven't invested £ Billions to come second. There isn't any form of cheating that I would believe to be above them. The FA just let them get on with it and our press are too busy licking their balls to care. Most of their management is employed by their other clubs around the world to 'comply' with FFP. Next it'll be a 40 year old, wheelchair bound, Vincent Kompany sold to their recentbChinese acquisition for £200m. The FA won't turn a hair...
Lucky Londoners got an additional surcharge on their rates and we are still ****ing paying it ... http://www.cityam.com/257713/were-still-paying-tax-olympics-even-though-debt-has-been
Arguable, London tends to attract most of the resources as it has done throughout history. Don;t forget that you would have the debt from 2008 all to yourselves. The UK would be significantly richer without London but greatly diminished on the world stage.
This a big argument Brian but simply most of that wealth generation is the City of London and how that benefits the UK is another argument. Other cities in the UK are to some extent stifled by the strength of London. The best examples are in Scandinavia with the worlds richest countries (per capita) showing how the UK could develop without the overwhelming presence of London.

Also take into account the VAT collected from head offices of companies who generate that wealth outside London. That alone would be an enormous benefit to an Independent Scotland . The South of England would miss the wealth of London for sure, the rest of the UK would be much better off without it. Maybe Wales would lose out, but the North of England and Scotland would start to move upward.
That sounds an awful lot like Boris Johnson/Rees Mogg pre-referendum........We're off then.....Good luck.
This would be know as the Surrey with the fringe on top. Not to be confused with the leafy suburbs of the rest of Surrey, where the BMW is the second car and the Bentley is kept discreetly in the triple garage so as not to excite the staff.
