But we do bat down to 10, so we should be OK.

 

Buttler deceived by a slow off cutter from Holder and Curran gets given lbw when he clearly hit it. 233-7, getting harder now!

 

I missed the replay so didn’t realise he had hit the ball. I thought it was missing the leg stump. We’re there no reviews left?

 

Only one review in ODI’s, and Root blew ours. He didn’t hit it,but it missed leg by about another set of stumps.

 

Stokes reviewed his didnt he?

 

Sorry it was Stokes not Root. He thought he hadn’t hit it but he clearly had.

Yeah, I can only imagine he thought he had hit the ground?

Surely he must have felt something as it was a pretty solid connection.

 

ABDV has signed for Middlesex, albeit only for t20 and as an overseas player rather than a kolpak. He won't feature against Hants however, because both our matches against Middlesex are right at the end of the group stage - just after he'll have left Middlesex to play in the CPL.

 

I have 2 tickets for the 4th day of the England v Ireland test match at Lords (Saturday 27th July) which I now cannot use.

They are £30 quid each so if anybody is interested send me a message.

England hit 80 runs in 4 overs. Morgan and Buttler.

Buttler gets ton. Morgan on 96.

After 45 overs: 348-3

 

A 60 ball ton too!

 

Buttler caught. Out on 107.
Windies no luck. No ball.
Morgan 102.

Morgan caught 103; 369-4 after 46.1 overs.

 

That is truly one of the greatest ODI partnerships of all time. Awesome.
