I find it strange that the EFL have said that Leeds haven't broken any rules but have still fined them and stated that they will look to introduce a new rule later this month
From the BBC: The EFL found Leeds breached rules over treating teams with "good faith". Quite vague to be sure, but they had to do something otherwise spying would be legalized.

Well, considering the money we "payed" for him, he's been a total bloody revelation!! The only thing that 'goes missing in games' is the opposition's defence!!
Man City have battered Schalke, and the Germans are 2-1 up. 2 Penalties. I don't think either was a Pen, and VAR was used. The first pen took about 3 minutes to decide. The first pen, I'm sure wasn't one, the second was questionable. Neither were blatant. Really feels like there is an objective here. Schalke have not done anything yet, but have been given a 2-1 lead.
I couldn't believe they called the first one a penalty especially after all the time the VAR took. I agree, they got it wrong!
Ah bad luck I nearly did the same, but the cricket was in a lull - the Sane freekick was an absolute scorcher
