i can't decide what to attempt tonight, i'm at a loss to what i want. at the moment pork loin steaks and mash is winning...or it could be a steak, or maybe some chinky stuff, **** knows..i need some inspiration.

 

been cooking for 3 hours the flavour is incredible.
