The trouble with Catts is that he is notoriously slow at getting back up to speed (I know!) when returning from injury, so if he's fit again I would start him from the bench. I'd like to see McGeough alongside Leadbitter to see how they get on together.

After his first match, I thought he would really make a difference, but in the next time I saw him play, he looked slow. Twice he was trying to catch up to ball carriers, and even though the gap was small, he was never able to close it. And in one attack, we had loads of space in his corner, so someone just put the ball into that space, and he wsn't able to catch up to it. If you're small and fast, then you're a player with pace, which is critical, because otherwise you're just a midget.

Really glad I checked in this morning, didn't realize the game was today - and I get off of work 15 min's before the game starts!

Well He's managed to get Reading involved in another relegation scrap....could be a pure coincidence.

Anybody any idea if the match is on Live streaming or is that a no no when it's being shown live in Sky?

It will Not be available to UK subscribers when on Sky.
More chance of a dodgy stream though.

I'd rather see Me than McGeouch! And that's not a personal gloating thing as I always want the best for SAFC and I'm crap and 43 year old and 5' 6" (etc)

Just don't rate him. He needs far more time than he gets at our level and doesn't see the killer pass at all. I'd rather we brought back Colback!

This isn't said lightly mind - I saw him preseason and thought we had a great player on our hands. Used the ball well and looked like he'd be perfect for us. But I've seen him play well once for us and that was against a bunch of 17 year olds. I do hope he comes good but I'm yet to see any indication of the player I thought we had

It's a bit short notice (and probably too late), but I've got a spare for tonight's thrashing of Stanley, so if anyone is going and hasn't got a ticket yet you can have it for a packet of crisps . . . . or now't :emoticon-0100-smile

We need O9 and 2 others in midfield but not 2 defensive ones. We also need to sign a bloke with a physical presence for midfield. We get bossed too easy. Tonight I would play 4-1-4-1 or 4-1-3-2. We need to get at these, bottom on current form, and get the early goals to settle the nerves. Then we will see a bloody good performance.
    6-0.
PS, just got away from graft now. Was hoping to have had a few gargles by now.

We will tear these next two teams apart, Blackpool were lucky not to cop it but some team will and it will start tonight, accy not much to play for really so we will play like Man c and 6-0 to us ! Grigg 4 goals. Barnsley and Luton are due to slip up I thought we would never catch Portsmouth but we WILL.

Well, he's going for it to be fair. 3 centre mids on the bench is a bit strange mind.

Still no sign of Sterling, I would have liked him on the bench instead of one of those midfield players, its a toss up which one mind you.
