Yeah, the design of Wembley Way is terrible for leaving. Needs chicken shops and pubs along it to help thin the crowds so not everyone's leaving at once. Can't wait until we're back home.
It's not gonna get old is it? These pundits forgot that SuperJan was our left-back for ages. He is an absolute don!!! Two things... Could you imagine if that Moura shot had gone in? Goal of the entire tournament!!! Could you imagine if we acquired Sancho? (He did keep taking about being at 'home'.) I wonder how the pundits excitement might be effected?
Absolutely right. Having a full stadium makes a huge difference, even in that soulless bowl of red. I'm not sure about the drumming. It's all a bit too regimented for my liking.I wouldn't want to be any nearer to it than I was last night. It does my crust in. Still, lots of crestfallen Germans roaming around after the game, which I enjoyed hugely. If only they had a word for it.....
Perhaps more of the SuperJan formation in some of the remaining PL games (as long as Pochettino accepts that the defensive duties would be lessened) .
If we can just get one goal in the return fixture I think it might be too much for Dortmund even with Reus. Three goals aren't insurmountable so we must still be careful. I'm not sure how Poch should line up for this.
I work in the industry and what you say is actually true. The cartridges are really half full therefore forcing you to buy a new lot within1 day of use. Unfortunately all manufacturers make theirs different so each brand of printer has its own cartridge.
This makes for an interesting read https://www.reddit.com/r/coys/comments/aqivbo/observations_from_sitting_next_to_the_technical/
Having had acquaintances who did computer printer repair, you have to laugh at the "false economy" . A lot of the dirt cheap printers would break (belt drives etc) , and the cost of the repair was not much less than getting a new one. This guy insisted on £20 cash upfront, because the above happened so often that customers used to baulk on repair and leave him lumbered with scrap printers. Govt regulation (financial penalty) could easily force cartridge design to a 'head/body' format, where the body is generic and holds the ink, and can be provided by anyone.
Makes getting a lift last night feel even better . Just out of interest though, what station do you go too when leaving the stadium, Wembley Park? If so, there’s a way to skip all the queues if you don’t mind an extra ten minute walk?
Zaagadou doo doo Jan and Nando Son kills bees From the left, from the right, Son and Jan hit two volleys Come and score every night In the UEFA Champions League
I use Wembley Stadium Station. Last night, someone who knew what they were doing was running the show. The train was properly full when it left, for once, and I was on the second post-match train out of there, having queued for 10 minutes or so, despite having stayed to applaud the team, a couple of minutes after the game ended. Straight to Marylebone, onto the Northern Line at Waterloo and south of the river. It beats waiting outside Wembley Park.
Yeah I’ve sometimes gone home via Wembley Station. The journey time is similar to that of when I go Wembley Park but I have to chop and change more going from Wembley Station so I usually can’t be arsed with the hassle as I’m a lazy ****.
I'm trying to get a bit lighter and fitter, to stave off a knee replacement, so the walk's no bad thing...
Keep those legs working/walking Brian. My mate Brian had both knee replacements, plus a hip replacement 3 times. The first hip replacement broke while he was walking in Flamstead End. Can you imagine. He played football and cricket into his fifties. I stopped when I was 34! Thank God!!!!?
