Got a good long rest before the Bayern game now and then a fairly long time before the utd game.
Players will be staying at home the whole time too as there is no travel, so I don't see the need to rotate

I'm not sure how long is between Utd Watford and 2nd leg?

I think we need to go all out v Bayern and utd and then see what we can do with Watford as it's home game and Keita and shaqiri can come.more into mix at home.

the Utd game is not place for lightweight.

My point is that with the Bayern game a draw is not disastrous especially if its a 0-0. Of course we'd like a win :). BUT we just can't afford to lose at Old Trafford and even a draw leaves us no room for error. Unfortunately we've got players who are absolutely crucial to our team: VVD, Salah, Mane. one of them is injured and we're in deep trouble.

And they'll want revenge for their humiliation at Anfield (instead of thanking us for getting rid of their toxic manager)

Utd game more crucial than cl game for me. Yeah we want to win both, who doesnt, but we need 3 pts in league more than we do to progress in cl.

We dont have the sqaud to cope with both.

    <ok> ta mate.

so the watford game is the one that wedged in and the real crucnch as everton quickly follows and then a break.

its really actually a 4 game block over 2 weeks.

starts with CL and ends with everton.

IMO we are boned no matter what.

these 4 games imo will probabaly make or break... yes all games are like this but if the next 4 are not perfect then we wll be seriously looking towards city results and hoping.

I think it will be like that any way regardless of our results.

We need to concentrate on league and hope city even though have squad for both are more bothered by cl glory.

Easily the United game is most important of the three to be best prepared for. I don't want to go light on Bayern though.

I'd go strongest XI against Bayern, but take no chances with injury or fitness. If someone looks even slightly off... Bench them and save them for United.

I don't think we should pick between comps, go out with our strongest team for both games.

once you do that clubs will start looking to do their own deals so splitting the collective bargaining never mind the effect it will have on attendances down the pyramid.

We just pick our strongest 11 for eachh game accepting that the 11 may be different from game to game due to tactics / fatigue. From now on there is no point in "saving" for future games it has to be full on from now on .

Smash Bayern 8-0, beat Man Utd and the players can rest in the second leg against Bayern <ok>

but they already try that today.

I dont really care what the greedy clubs do.

I want equal service to other countries and at a price that enables mass adoption legally.

If i was offered a £5 a game for LFc I'd never illegally stream. the argument then is do i pay a subbie for a premier game slot like 4pm sunday to see whatever the best game is thats a different cost.

my point is the fee i pay now to only sky... not BT is so high its not affordable really. Throw BT on top for a small be significant amount of prem games, the cups game sin FA cup that we throw and then the CL as well? that 40% of LFC season!

Of course illegal streaming occurs as a result.

I started off saying that spotify shows how illegal streaming can be killed. I see no reason why football can't kill illegal streaming if it make things affordable.

but you claimed the like of Burnley wouldn't suffer then say you would buy a LFC subscription plus top up with other big games can't you see that is a contradiction in itself.

Its not if the thing is negotiated fairly.

I want this as a consumer.

the clubs want something else entirely which is gates and an equal share of TV money outside the league position prize pool.

I see no reason why me as a consumer cannot be offered something I'd pay say £5x38+ cups so call that 250 for spread over the year, thats double a spotify subbie was at a tenner a month (120) but...

It less than I would pay now by a multiple for SKy sports and Bt.

So if its a multiple less the concept is many many more People will pay it.

then the commercial entities offering these packages (let sky and bt broadcast the same for all i care and let them distinguish by their content around game) pay the FA the same level of rights on the basis the moeny is there and then let the FA distribute it in exactly the same way.

If I want LFC only i pay my fee. If i want the "super sunday" i pay some other package... its pay as you go. How the money generated is divvyed out after I couldn't give a ****

Again as Lamborini explained other countries (the USA, Arfrican nations, rest or europe can view all the games they want when they are on.

There is no... well sorry uk resident your teams game aint on tv due to some ridiculous law set up to protect some such or other back in the 1990s when the tv moment was a fraction of what it is today.

Tottenham got the job done against the top of the pile in Germany with their injuries. The ball is in our court to get the job done against the Germans at Anfield.
