Everywhere in London is mental now. Was chatting with Bobby the other day about some places in my old manor, proper **** holes. Now got flats going for £650k

Yeah, I was there back last year. All yuppie flats built by the station now cos it’s got the DLR.

Deptford’s the same and that was the pits of the earth 20-30 yrs ago.
