I was so nervous about that run we have just got out of. I thought if we were still in touching distance of the top 2, that would be amazing. Just need to get through that run of games. Now we did so well in those games and are top, suddenly the dimensions have changed and now every game is pressure. It looks so do-able, and the fixtures are so favourable. We are now favourites for the title. I should be feeling a bit more relaxed and content, but it's so damn tight. There are a lot of really solid teams right below, I don't think there is a stand out side in the league. After that crazy run of fixtures, to have come out of it maintaining a 10 point gap from 7th is pretty insane! Obviously we should really be getting 6 points from tonight and Bolton. But if you offered me a draw tonight and a win at Bolton right now, I'd probably take it. Got a feeling tonight might be a bit like that Hull away game.
Not gonna be easy FML - none of the games are a given and we will have to fight hard for every point. PNE will be fired up by Neeyul and will try to disrupt our game. We should have enough quality to win it but it will be a tough game for sure.
I think so. I haven't even got a feeling of what the result might be tonight. Could be anything. Turgid, battling 1-0 win would be fantastic.
One change, Tettey in for Vrancic as expected. Hopefully we can keep it tight, and let the talents of Buendia/Onel/Pukki produce the quality we need going forwards.
The Tetty Trybull hold slows us down. Away from home against a determined team wound up by an ex Norwich Scottish boss. I can see why he selected that. I'd rather McLean than Tetty. But I can see what he's doing.
Was a click away from buying this game on ifollow. But had a bad feeling about it, so didn't. If I would have paid that, and logged on to see the goal go in after a matter of seconds. I would have been very annoyed. We can't keep defending set-pieces like this all season and expect to go up.
Rejected by us, without giving him a proper chance....Theirs I'd guess. Same with Remi at the weekend.
It’s on the Sky red button if you don’t want to pay (but have Sky...) Preston really have come out all guns blazing. We are under the cosh.
Was kind of expecting this tonight. Like I said. I felt it would be like Hull away. Really hope we can dig something out of this. Really didn't want to go behind against a scrappy Alex Neil side.
I'm in the States and don't have Sky. Neither can I get into iFollow for some damn reason. I expected there would by streams everywhere.
