I mean I don't like to take the piss but I don't really believe in tempting fate.

    I reckon we'll do it.

Let’s throw sterling or Maguire on and go for it.

The finishing will get better, a lot of new players bedding in but we need wins

At least we were creating a lot more and played some decent football.

I'm a lot happier with this game than I have been with the past few, we've attacked and had a go and pinned them back for long stretches by the sound of it. On another day we could have scored quite a few, I reckon stick with this policy and keep on attacking.

Fair dos to Blackpool they did everything in their power to disrupt our second half momentum.
The Ref added six minutes it should have been at least ten, they totally took the piss.
very frustrating but there is a good passing team there somewhere we just need to start finishing.
how Grigg missed his sitter I'll never know, he doesn't look fit too me so more game time the merrier for him.

Agree totally. On another day we’d have won that comfortably. Second half was kitchen sink ish. But their keeper didn’t have a save of note to make still. Felt for Grigg. The run and touch deserved a goal and he should’ve scored

I know he set our goal up but thought Leadbitter was poor tonight. Have the ball away loads

Yeah, they had one player who just kept on sitting down when the ball went out of play. The referee then insisted that he went off the pitch as he was fed up of him doing the same thing every time.
So we then throw the ball straight back to Blackpool <doh> - sometimes "fair play" is just not needed.

All in all, a good and welcome change in direction, the balance wasn't quite right tonight, and it was a poor first half after the first 10 minutes we lost our way a bit, the team looked much better after the substitutions, and if we had taken our chances we would have won comfortably, against what must be said a very awkward streetwise Blackpool side.
