yeah sounds dodgy, but far from it i assure you. The business element is not an issue for either me or the landlord. Its the whole negotiating thing that i was unsure of. Once i have info i can haggle with the best of them. However i dont want to go in with a ridiculous/embarrassing offer or something which isnt done

nah, nothing shady. for a while i did this thing where i was basically a middleman, but my home situation didnt allow the hours (have a disabled kid). eg i have a mate who is chinese and studied over here, he now works for a massive firm in china as basically a salesman who travels the globe selling IT stuff He could get hold of PS's etc cheap, I bought bulk and sold on etc With scotland it was cars. I would buy a car (not cheap shoite but say an M3 or something) from scotland and sell it here or down south for a tidy profit also building contracts etc
I don't sell to the public. I just import it and sell it to a few select dealers. What they do with it isn't my concern
