“Passion” won’t win us this game. Keeping a cool head and playing some attacking football will. Defence tightened up after those first ten minutes. Still think we look vulnerable down the flanks, but we’ve been attacking better and that does give me hope going into this second half.
What we need is a couple of goals. Going to be a lot harder with the manager in the stands. Or maybe you’re right, maybe we’re better off with him up there.

How do you even quantify “passion”, Spanish? I honestly believe that a cool and calculated wins you games nowadays. And has Hampy says, there’s being up for a game and then there’s being the idiot and getting yourself sent to the stands. Losing your cool is exactly what Norwich wants.
And yes...rightly or wrongly that does involve a bit of a scrap, of which I have no problem...as long as it's a good old fist fight and not with weapons.
Bullshit, players yes but Lambert is in stand with phone...no problem as he can still send info to dugout, in fact I sometimes think it better as get a better perspective from stand and see more
I thought we would collapse if we conceded early but it's not happened yet, the boys are showing some fight and passion and letting them know they're not going to lie down and get trampled, and what's more I thought that after 10 minutes we have been the better side. As for the Lambert incident he's a tough nut from a tough place so I'm delighted he showed his fighting spirit and gets that across to the players, we've no time for gentlemanly polite football we are staring relegation in the face and need the players to step up.
On a separate note....Norwich ain't all that, actually I would call them poor, regardless of the outcome!
They are top of the table for a reason. They like drawing the fouls though! Ref is quite strict and I don’t think we’ve adapted to it.

I think I’ve already made it clear what I think about that incident but the rest of fieldmarshalls post is spot on - exactly my thoughts - so I liked it. This has been an epic effort from the lads. Talk about infantile.
