How I deal with the subject is quite clear and always has been, I mock those who pretend to actually care and I don't discuss this particular topic seriously because I have nothing whatsoever to gain by doing so.

If the victims want compo they should be given it the same as any victims, who should pay that compensation should be decided in court, If it's Celtic FC then all well and good.

The fact is It will be decided in court because Celtic themselves are highly unlikely to offer anything because to do so might legally infer that they are culpable. Their own lawyers will have advised them to do so.

Me personally, I would compensate them anyway, even if it is a separate entity. I can see it's a legal minefield but it would be the proper thing to do.

This was no separate entity, this was *****phillia sanctioned and endorsed by the CFC board of directors.

To deny otherwise is churlish and is no better than what Stein did in “protecting the name of CFC” by protecting *****s and not defending farters.

 

But it's quite clear that I'm not out to point score and would rather an adult debate. I was thinking right up to the last paragraph that you were deflecting again but at least yiu can admit that Celtic should be compensating them.

Since the subject was raised again have a look at the other comments. White noise by Der usual suspects. You ask a serious question of me and I'll get numerous supplementary requests by "others" for my personal reply or simply snide references in some futile attempt at mockery.

This is how it goes, I'm a fairly tolerant and patient individual but it does get tedious awfully quickly.

 

What the victims really need is an independent enquiry into what went on and why they got away with it for so long. It should also look into the lenient sentences that have been given out to these beasts and how on earth a convicted *****phile was able to acquire a visa to live and work in the USA.

Will never happen though because the **** Celtic boys club nonces are involved in goes all the way to the top.
