Can I also just add that I don't think Ralph's comments about not wanting to play us as we are hot , really REALLY didn't help ?

I said this way back when Fran posted the link .

FFS as if Cardiff didn't have enough incentive to perform with all that has gone on( Poor sods ) <steam>

Played three against the relegation mini-league in a row, took just two points. Our schedule is that much harder now, and Fulham is very close to a must-win.

Can be no complacency now...we have likely bungled our chance to escape the relegation fight, so now it's a question of whether we can scrape together enough points to survive, and any thoughts of it being an atypically low bar for survival should be long since gone. We need at least 12 points from 12, and our next four feature Arsenal, Man Utd and Spurs.

No mate. I've mastered the ****ing art of watching enough football over the last 30 years to know when a team is so ****ing poor and fragile that they can, and will, concede a goal at any given point, that they will get relegated.

I've watched enough football to know that when you don't have a single striker capable of scoring goals you get relegated.

I've watched enough football to know that if you have a board more concerned about squeezing every last penny into their own pockets than strengthening when they had the opportunity you get relegated.

So quite frankly you can stick your time machine up your arse you patronizing prick.

Perfectly calm thanks. Just hope the players dont have the same roll over and die attitude that some posters here clearly have

Also, in the context of having beaten Leicester and Everton, the draws against Palace and Burnley were ok...so long as we beat Cardiff. Now we've gone and lost to bloody Cardiff, the last 3 games results look dire tbh. Now we could really do with the Brighton v Burnley game finishing as a draw or Brighton win. Why do we never, ever do things the easy way!?

I get being annoyed, but some are way too negative. Anyone who thought **** would be easy and Saints wouldn't have bad games now and again was living in a dream world. Saints are where they are due to poor transfer windows 2 to 3 yrs running. You don't change that in 8 games

Maybe at some point people will realise that "negative people" are just pointing out problems - and we support the team with as much passion as everyone else. That transfer window was a disaster - and we all just stood by and clapped.

I did say earlier in the week that we wouldn't have enough to break Cardiff down and sadly I'm right. We know what kind of team they are and its just crap.

I think we had a terrible January transfer window. Almost arrogance on our part thinking that we didn't need to get anybody in. How can you have the lion's share of possession and still cock it up.

There is being negative then there is being everything is doomed, which some here do. End of the day it is football.

No disagreement. It's more frustration with the fact that we win a game or two and start hearing that we're way too good for the bottom of the table and can comfortably rest on our laurels until summer. We're no such thing. We're a pretty bad football club with a serious lack of quality; we are exactly where we ought to be, and Hasenhuttl's the only reason we aren't already planning away trips to Blackburn.

We tried and couldn't get anyone in. Past transfer windows have screwed us due to being left paying wages of poor players

Also we've conceeded 2 goals to 3 shots on target again. When you have the strikers that we have, you can't be conceeding whenever you have a shot on target against you.

Oh yeah, i agree. But the term is too liberally applied around here. It is a way of shutting down unpopular opinions. Sadly, a lot of us are more worried about this ownership than it is apparently trendy to be.

I don't know if we will be relegated or not .

I do remember how ever that when we signed Ralph , the club seemed to make a point of stating the contract included relegation .

Maybe he knew there would be no transfer funds ?

    Just a thought .

There is money there it us why we bid for Maehle etc. Wage bill is just stupidly high for a club our size due to paying loan players wages etc.
