especially when you understand that Ivor and @Royston Vasey didn't understand what the term black balling entails so made up their own version …. much to AGFA's disgust!
I'm going for a 1-1 draw, neither team are in great form. We'll keep plodding along hoping that Peterborough continue with their poor form and that Doncaster do not catch us up. See you at Wembley.
I will be there, to cheer the best Manager Charlton have had since the Premiership era. I might applaud the other guy (Bowyer) as well, assuming we don't get a rosy spanking from Powell's men.
I remember the first time he came back to The Valley, as Huddersfield manager. It was a £5 game and all three sides stood up to give him a standing ovation. It was hairs on the back of your next time.
I am certain they always wanted Peeters. There was no way back for them after the 5-0 Watford debacle, the first game of the protests.
Just winding Royston up a bit. That's how we do things over here isn't it? No offence intended But since you mention it, no I don't like Bowyer. I didn't like Robinson or Slade or Fraeye or Luzon or Peeters either. That didn't seem to be a problem at the time.
It seemed at the time that Riga, like SCP, was sacked for refusing to play the Network crap. It hasn't stopped Roland from telling the Belgian press that Riga saved us from relegation by playing Driesen's crap. We are in the age of the liar.
I like this new Lardi with an edge … I agree with Lardi that Sir Chris is up there with Lord Curbs and Mr Lenny Lawrence as the top three Charlton Managers ever, but although I would prefer Bowjackso to complain about the Belgian's antics a bit more I am happy with the job he is doing.
A poor attendance today. Fewer than 10,000, including around 1,000 from Southend. It will be given at 12,000 though ...
H/T 0-1 against ten men. Fosu & Marshall have been truly abysmal, and Igor not much better. This formation with these players is hopeless.
