There's only one real Derby in football, and that's the original one. "It is the longest running top-flight derby in England, having been played continuously since the 1962–63 season. Part of the rivalry is due to the proximity of the two clubs, whose home grounds are within eyesight of each other across Stanley Park, Everton at Goodison Park and Liverpool at Anfield.
Place is on the market and got 2 viewings booked in. Let’s hope they both love it, first time buyers and start a bidding war
Hope everything goes well for you mate. One tip I remember reading was to let the viewers go into each room first [ahead of you] it apparently makes a room look bigger and they can take it all in without having to peer around a person already in the room [you].
Im not showing then round, estate agent sorting that out. I just need to remember to keep place tidy before I leave each morning... damn struggle lol
Ah I never thought of that. I'd rather do it myself but if it's daytime viewings and you work I suppose it has to be like that.
Yeah. Put some filter coffee on and make some fresh bread in your bread-making machine. And hide the gimp gear.
Yeah ones today other is Monday so I’ll be at work. I prefer not having owners ther tbh. Feel bit weird looking through all their stuff with them sitting there and any awkward questions
You don't have to ****ing drink it. I don't drink the ****e either. Supermarkets pump the smell of fresh bread round their stores.
