My old boss at Pearl Assurance used to live in the same Cul de Sac as them and he used to tell us what was the latest drama breaking in their household
Saw him once run complete width of pitch just to wack an opposition player. Ps. With his fist! Ah, the good ole days
I remember seeing Alexander ‘Jesus’ Ostland do that, though he didn’t actually use his fist. He just booted the guy into the Itchen, arriving several seconds after the ball had gone. As the ref came lumbering across, and we all were wondering what card he was reaching for, the bloke behind me shouted out “Give him a medal!”
pretty sure the 3 amigos will start as centre backs. The children are our future. Yosh on the bench. ( I know Jannick cocked up at Cardiff and Stephens got Crouched last time out) PEH, Romeu and JWP pretty much nailed on. Redmond obviously. Valery and a new super invigorated Bertrand. Armstrong or the cheeky chappy. McCarthy Valery, Stephens, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Bertrand PEH, Romeu, JWP Redmond, Long
Like this team but would consider Yoshie in for Stephens Long will "Draw" more free kicks than Gallagher....over to you Prowsey!
I was at the last Saints-Cardiff game - they won but still got relegated. Gazziniga was in goal, and Gallagher missed a good chance. It was the day before the London Marathon. That didn`t go according to plan either !
Really looking forward to seeing Bertrand back again. Under Ralph he could well get back to his best again.
McCarthy Bednarek Maya Vestergaard Valery PEH JWP Romeu Bertrand Redmond Long Think Prowsie could be key both with his set pieces and his runs from midfield.
A recent home victory resulted in some of those above us throwing those stupid cardboard clackers and one of them hit me end on on the side of the head and it bloody hurt Carry a bottle top with you so you can put it on when you get your drink If your worried they might find it, do what I do and hide it up your arse (With respect to Viz's useful tips)
I guess so and you’re right, it’s just an uncomfortable feeling I have with the current run of injuries to Ings, a defence I’m still nervous about etc. What is clear to me is that this will tell us a lot about the improvements Ralph has brought about in a short time and hope that it continues. I’m just a natural worrier!!
