Doubt many really think this is a walkover...none of our matches under Ralph have been that....but we have reasons to be more optimistic now. We know that we can beat or draw against top sides (Chelsea, Arsenal) and middling sides (Everton, Leicester) and we are now harder to beat. The only reason we have not pulled away more is our failure to beat teams near us....Cardiff and Fulham matches are crucial. We are at home, can score, are not very easy to score against and have Ralph in charge....those are our plus points. Cardiff must also feel some optimism after their win and our draw...they could have seen the gap worsen last weekend but it closed to only 2 on us and Burnley. I think Ralph hasn't got us to the point of expecting a walkover against any side, but he has got us to the point where we can hope for a win....and that is a major step forward.
My hope is Cardiff do the thing most small clubs seem to feel they do which is follow up a good result against big club with a horrible performance in a winnable game.
i disagree with both those statements Bournemouth...big club? Southampton...winnable game? Seriously though, I get what you mean. Lets hope they think they have cracked it by winning last week and fall on their face against us
Perhaps Cardiff are like us....give hope to their fans, then smack 'em in the chops. Could be the battle of which club can be the most annoying.....a competition that Saints have been champs in for a long time. Time to pass the baton.

Actually I was getting confused with the Burnley game and their result against United But yeah that's what I'm hoping.
It's your party, you can cry if you want to, I cry too when it happens to me. Please note, there are other posts on a similar theme available.
Any news on Ings? I don't like it when there's no news. In contrast to the famous saying, when it comes to us, "no news is bad news". (Happy birthday Jonny).
