When none of the PL higher revenues or Euro big fish come in for such players, IMHO they are not the real deal. But to the lad for at least following other S Americanos in putting themselves into the arctic tundra shop window.

I'm talking about Barros..he was everything we wanted...at a time we needed someone robust in midfield..just because he hasn't joined us doesn't mean he isn't what we wanted anymore. There's no magic solution mate...I'm not complaining about not signing anyone...but when I see our long term targets joining other clubs for relative peanuts then me being me I might have an opinion on the subject. All them years of HBIC chasing Tielmans and he joins Lesta....well someone somewhere was way off the mark with that one.
