You can laugh all you want but just because he’s a multi-billionaire businessman, that doesn’t mean he won’t lie, if anything he will know how to play the system.

The word 'always' is key here. I don't believe that. What has gone on is completely consistent with an unexpected but difficult to fix issue coming up very late in the commissioning process.

All of this will very soon be history and people will have forgotten what all the fuss was about. It's part of the evolution of the club. It is ambitious, well thought out and a step further than any of our rivals have even got near.

I wonder if Hairy Hotspunk sits with a guzzunder under his computer desk, in case the toilet is occupied the next time he needs a piss as a short term solution, forget the short term, perhaps he should consider constructing a state of the art new toilet block in Hotspunk Towers.

The plan is to make Spurs successful in the long term, I'm with it 100%. Six months or a year is fek all. What was necessary was to get HK, Deli, Sonny and hopefully CE and TA on long term contracts, part of which has been achieved.

At the very least they would surely have knew from the first ****up that it would be substantially delayed.

Yep, but when have Levy or Lewis claimed to be electricians? They have to go by what they are told. That will generally be, best possible, likely and worst possible cases.

My opinion is that they were told the worst but then haven’t been totally clear with the fans.

I don’t buy that they are in the dark like us.

I have sat in on many board meetings and I can assure you that any contractor will promote the most likely, but say with a bit of luck on our side, the best possible outcome is possible. No one will want to discuss the worst. If you do you put your employment at risk.

Has Levy found the one way to get people to watch ladies' football?

It's worth pointing out that Spurs Ladies do have a fixture that day...

If there is something to this, and the word IF is the most important one (as we've learned on at least seven occasions this season...) it would also be worth mentioning that the U23s have a home game against the Vitesse Arnhem feeder team on March 1st

On top of that, Nike launched a new boot recently and our Harry is one of the promotional stars. One of their adverts featured some young players from our ladies team having a kickabout on the new stadium pitch.

We now have an astonishingly long deal with Nike as kit suppliers and it looks like they are making the most of this with their ads. Given the long term partnership and that there is a lot of speculation about them also being a major player when it comes to naming rights for the Stadium, this could all tie in nicely. MAYBE.

I do hope this isn’t a stupid question, but what happens if both or even one of the test events fails to attract the required size crowds for the safety laws to be met ? Do the safety certificates not get issued ?

    I assume so.

Are you ITK on the club struggling to get the pre-requisite committed attendees
for either event (in which case count me in) ??

I'd assume they have club staff on call to fill the gaps

Or, in the Chavs' case, they just recall everyone they have on loan...

If the club always knew the ground would not be ready then they would have known it would be much better to say so as soon as possible so they only got one bstch of poor publicity.

I get people sre disappointed and I get people hate Wembley but seriously do not get all the anti Levy and anti ENIC stuff.

This is the same set of people who handled our departure from whl with real respect and class.

The idea that they want this to drag out therefore giving the media regular opportunities to constantly chat rubbish about us is just silly in my view.
Its slmost as silly as suggesting they are lying to keep the interest on the season ticket money already paid.

The one that got me was the boneheads who were banging on about how the club charging £1 for the familiarisation event just before Christmas was the club pocketing the cash, somehow believing that six grand is anything to ENIC et al - or ignoring how KWP is reportedly on three times that a week...
