    We’re starting to run on empty (disappointing given we’ve surrendered in both cups so have a very easy time compared to others) and the weakness of our wider squad is now glaringly obvious to see. City’s bench vs ours still looks staggering.

    To start faltering at this point would be such a let down. We would be breaking so many unwanted records. No team in our position has ever not won the title.

    The players and manager seem so damn nervous. Almost frozen and lacking in imagination they showed early in the season. Firmino was almost invisible.
