I like a bit of gammon, just not the political kind. Anyway, I had a prawn phad thai and a bucket of wine.
It's funny how we use the names.. Phad thiai.......so basically fried noodles with tiny prawns.. Love the how the Brits try to make things sounds more exotic...
Mrs Chief has done a beef stew for today. I did say I'd have been stew two weeks running in my work slow cooker but it fell on deaf ears. Will not be doing beef at work this week! Had too much gin and Rioja last night. If that's possible.
Never been a fan of those. Just seems weird having something like that in a sandwich. That said I’m not a fan of subways. All just seems quite manky.
Same here Sweats, can't stand subway, much like i can't stand the cheap shhite in Greggs, never seen the attraction myself.
I can’t stand Subway. Do you want x,y, and ****ing z in it? Just give me a ****ing sandwich, actually don’t bother as it looks about as appetising as the Labrador dump in the car park.
Just to clarify, I had a nine year old with me. I'd never choose to go in there and eat, he wanted to try one. That said, their meatball marinara is very nice.
When I’ve been in I’ve had the steak and cheese sub. It’s ok but when you look at what they call steak that gets microwaved it resembles cat food. If I’m going to eat **** I’d rather a maccies or kfc.
My boy had that but without the cheese. I think he wishes he'd had the meatball one now, you live and learn. Had dropped my eldest off at Nando's so gave him the choice, he chose Subway. There's a new one at the garage at the bottom of the road, opp The Woodman. I wanted to go get a non chain pizza! The females of the house are at Ikea!!
Sorry mate going to over rule you on that one Pad Thai is usually small prawns, chicken, peanuts with noodles in scrambled egg. And fried is Thxd or taut in the Romanisation.
