After that first half he has to start Watmore, o Nein, and Gooch, I cannot understand why we are so slow in the first half, Mcgloughlan was way off his line for some reason in the first half and nearly got caught out, but play the ball to the feet and two up front please Jack or it is the play offs for us. That ref got on my wick stop, start stop, start for the slightest touch. By god it was cold down there as well and the seagulls are back, although penguins if that weather keeps up !

    May never thaw out.

We were pretty poor with positive debuts.

We won, and that’s all that counts.

2 from 3 now, Pompey are out of it for me.

Stroll on 3 weeks or so when new lads are settled and fit.

We are going up, I feel it.

Totally agree, I was surprised JR went with Leadbitter and Honeyman, neither have played much lately .

Still, got the three points but our level of performance remains worryingly weak.

Lots of positives even from a poor performance. Clean sheet. Impressed with Morgan and Sterling. Dunne is a big lad. Great goal from McGeady who, until then, I wanted subbing!!

Play badly and win. Have to say, we’re 4th in the league having lost 2 games and I can’t remember seeing us play 90 minutes of scintillating football. We’re 9 points off top with 3 in hand.

    Not a bad day really

We'll hit a rich vein of form between now and the end of the season, one game at a time and Grigg to come in.

Think that’s just it. We haven’t played well this season and we sit 3 points from second with 2 games in hand. Only team in all 4 divisions to have scored in every game.

I was looking straight at it. He ran into Dunne and took a dive like he was knocked out yet made a miraculous recovery when he found out he didn’t get a free kick. Ref was awful mind. One stonewall penalty he missed was disgraceful.

Big shout out for their keeper. Having some banter with the youngsters at the front of the north stand second half

I was looking right at them too and was 90% sure a hand or elbow caught the guy in his face, agree about the ref he missed quite a bit and was constantly blowing for nothing, really didn't help the game get any rhythm going.

Thought this might have been a yellow mate instead of a straight red :)
