To be fair I would make it against UK law for anyone to own a Take That or Robbie Williams CD. I'm beginning to warm to these Iranian liberals.
sic: Thus; so. Used to indicate that a quoted passage, especially one containing an error or unconventional spelling, has been retained in its original form or written intentionally. Which part of "War Crimes" was retained in it's original form Teach?
just as i thought. please go back and google (sic) and then type the whole sentence, not just the war crimes bit, then see what I highlighted earlier from the report ok soldier?
You have just proved how ****ing stupid you really are, you made up your own quote (hence the quotation marks) and misunderstood the meaning of "sic" you ****ing dullard, you then had the balls (or stupidity) to try and debate usage of that word with me? The report says nothing about "War Crimes" and that is a simple fact, it proves you are a liar as well as a moron. John Pilger ffs
have you seen how many films are banned in ireland? just went on wikki, nearly as much as iran. malaysia tops the list
http://justjournalism.com/the-wire/john-pilger-endorses-controversial-unhrc-report/ John Pilger criticises BBC for not publicising report by anti-Israel UN body. On Radio 4’s Today programme this morning, journalist and political activist John Pilger accused the BBC of largely ignoring the United Nations Human Rights Council report on the May Gaza flotilla incident in a discussion about media embedding in war. During the primetime 8am hour, Pilger said in reference to the flotilla attack: ‘Following that, there was a UN investigation that found, and I quote, ‘unnecessary and credible violence, that warranted persecution [sic] for war crimes’. ‘This very important UN report was ignored completely on the three main BBC television bulletins’. Is this your "source"? Yes or No?
i see! as usual you will now resort to abusive language and name calling. I seriously suggest you look at the WHOLE sentence, look up the meaning and context of (sic) You may laugh at John Pilger, and in all honesty he may be a prick, however he took the BBC and ITV to task and they basically admitted pressure to not report certain things, whilst being asked to report others. You may well become pedantic etc but the fact remains, even david cameron was quoted as saying israel was wrong. as i say repeat WHOLE sentence, dont get focussed on 2 words out of whole sentence and the answer will become clear
Speaking of the prohibition of pork in Islam reminds me of when I used to work in a pub/restaurant as a student. There was this big Muslim fella who used to come in and order the lasagne every time. He can't have been a devout Muslim, as he used to have a couple of beers, but you should've seen his face when he found out that the lasagne was made with pork instead of beef. We had only just found out ourselves. To be fair though, it was in the small-print on the menu.
