Morning all. Still grey and overcast with occasional showers. Been looking at some of the snow pictures from England. Reminds me of the day I walked along the lane in Northants where the snow had filled the road up to the top of the hedge each side. Suddenly I felt something harder than snow beneath my feet, so scrapped away, to find that I was standing on top of a Mini.
Very sorry to hear your news Woody - my thoughts and prayers are with you for a full recovery and smooth path through the chemo. Take care.
Morning all, grey and damp, so feels cold. Got my Friday evening fix of French football, and it was a very good game with both sides attempting to score goals. Last night we had pictures but no commentary, just the effects mics, so you get a different impression when you can hear the ref asking if a player needs any treatment, of a couple of spectators talking about the latest in much needed thermal underwear.
Morning all. Greetings from centre Parc, whin fell.. Older daughters surprise 40th birthday celebrations.. All the ladies just gone to the spa.. Spare a thought for a grandad juggling four kids under six! Mind you their dads are here too .. Phew.. Sent from my F8331 using Tapatalk
Good morning from permanently sunny north west London. I've got some friends over from Ireland so off to watch the rugby in the pub later. They've promised not to gloat too much...
Grandson off to Elland Road this evening to watch Leeds v Norwich. He is not very confident, thinking that Leeds have lost a lot of their early season sparkle. Sounds hopeful Dave.
Norwich look far more dangerous on the attack Dave. Leeds are attacking en mass, but it all looks rather scrambled from them.
