He's quick but i don't think he's that quick. How long does it take to get a ****ing work permit anyways? That whole process seems a bit bonkers to me, surely you should be able to get a work permit for a player you are in the market for and if it don't come to fruition then nee harm done, surely it can't cost that much....at least not to the point where it would be prohibitive. I would have thought we could have applied for it on Weds and someone at the work permit off just rubber stamps it pendiing a signature on a contract or summit....bonkers. Then again this whole brexit bollocks has been dragging on for years (that's a different discussion) so nowt surprises me anymore, especially with NUFC.
To apply for a work permit, you need to have a job offer. To have a job offer, you need to have agreed terms. Before you can agree terms, the clubs have to agree a sale price.
I've enjoyed watching Spurs over the past two or three seasons, you are playing the game the way it should be. How do you see it panning out over the summer with your manager, I hope he stays!
Was worried for a while, but recently he has openly said he wants to stay long into the future and I am taking his word for that. Need Eriksen & Alderweireld to sign new contracts and all is good.
There’s obviously a special team that do the visas for footballers as if it was the same lot that do them for normal people we would be lucky to see him play before his contract expires.
very similar to Tuesdays game they have tons of the ball and us chasing shadows but at least we are still level
