Going to Burnley feeling a lot more confident that we can get back into the game of we have to. Would be better to not go behind in the first place. Some weird scores over the last 24 hours. Could have been a hammering! Are you listening Chelsea?

 

Getting a draw with a latish goal against a team on the same points and being 4 points above 18th as we approach Saturday's game....I can live with that.

I'd keep Macca both are fine really. No one got injured or banned again, really can't complain.

 

I think 8 points out of 12 is an excellent haul from our January fixtures.

On first viewing I thought James was trying to defuse.
On second viewing, he did nothing that warranted that crazy reaction, but was perhaps a little sneaky.
Anyone see it differently?

 

I have no problem with him getting a bit of 'nasty' in his game.

 

Me neither. He's not a kid there to be pushed around. But when Zaha comes over he faints the ball into his face, very subtle, more of a get out the way, then the hand on his head which looked like a 'cool down' to me. But he is clearly laughing. Red mist time for Zaha. Rather amusing.

 

Personally, I thought we were very poor in the main tonight ... but we got the point so **** it and move on.

 

I always remember when Guly marked him out of the game at Selhurst in the Championship and then had to swap sides because he was over by the Saints fans and was getting all uptight. Dougie Freedman moved him to the other flank and then he got pocketed by Danny Fox.

 

You'd be hacked off if your amateur league team mate reacted to that sillyness. Even Andre looked a bit surprised. (I know, maybe not hard)
