The government today lost their appeal in the Supreme Court which ruled that old and minor convictions should not be disclosed on a standard or enhanced DBS check. These old and minor convictions, and some cautions, have been ruled disproportionate and unfair. Why should someone who has minor convictions for theft or ABH as a 17 or 18 year-old from thirty or forty years ago be punished for life? Common sense has prevailed.
Typical ****ing do gooder, pandering again to thieves and whoever. Are you hiding something? Off with their hands - thieving c^^^^.
Aye, the very same person took to a home game in 1979 and made me go into a record shop in the town to buy Some Girls Will by Racey...just because he didn't want to sully his image!
Yes, admittedly, it could have been for someone else. The person who sent me in for it was heavily into the Clash, it certainly didn't suit his style to be associated with acts like Racey. So he sent me in to buy it, I could have had nightmares! Some Girls is a catchy tune don't you think?
