Show some respect for monk ..He came and he was a whisker away from turning us over and with a man down...who will be the happiest manager....Potts won't be happy with that result as it is another 2 points lost at home again...
Stats.... Swansea City 3 - 3 Birmingham City #FotMob https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/2791672?status=finished
He deserves the same respect he gave the Club , **** all .I know you think the sun shines form his arse but believe me the only thing Monk ever cared about was/is Garry Monk .The team he put out against us was a mirror image of him ,extremely limited and lucky , add a bucket load of snidey dirty from behind tackles and that just about sums him up.
Well that was not expected! A bloody cold night there. In many ways 2 dropped points. Took the lead deservedly then switched off to allow them to equalise. The sending off tilted it in our favour; bringing Monty on to exploit the space was the correct thing to do and it paid off with the second goal. However, the game turned on 2 events. A ridiculous free kick given to them to allow them the chance to equalise. Then McKay lost the ball with his very first touch and they broke and took the lead. Great commitment and fighting spirit to get the equaliser - Monty’s cross again! McBurnie was terrific - he really plays for the shirt. Grimes continues to improve as does James. Fulton put in a good shift when he came on, but Dyer was ‘off the pace’. Can’t see us going up or going down, so let’s enjoy the FA Cup ..... Wembley here we come
Certainly a lost opportunity to catch up with the PO places, now I have calmed down I am pleased they fought to the end and got an equaliser at the death. Would not have had that fight last year. My son scored a last minute equaliser for his team on Sunday. First goal for three years as he is normally a right back. Both teams have given me an emotional roller coaster this week!
Presumably you were just as vitriolic in your condemnation of Monk when he was doing the same whilst playing for The Swans' ? I thought not. What a plonker you are.
Monk had nothing but praise on FB....He was a Legend as a player,Captain and manager who still holds the record as the manager who saved the club from relegation and then reached our highest premiership position and the most points total.....He gave the club everything that is appreciated on FB and other social media sites, Not on here by some i see....
Ok "The wife of Swansea manager Garry Monk has reacted angrily after a letter was apparently hand delivered to the couple's family home criticising his performance at the Liberty Stadium. Lexy Blackwell, who gave birth to twin boys in March, posted on Twitter on Wednesday afternoon claiming she had received the letter from a neighbour. "1/2Absolutely incensed a NEIGHBOUR has the audacity2hand deliver a letter moaning at Garry's handling of things/everything he's doing wrong,"
Never rated Monk as a manager, his anti-football was against all that he had been taught by Martinez, Sousa, Rogers and Laudrup, glad the snitch was sacked, when he was, Jenkins little snitch wasn't a bad CB though, not much pace, but knew how to never get caught in possession, as for the game, at least we didn't let him win, that would have been a tragedy..................
