Sorry Stroller but your stance on Brexit is old news. As for paying attention, I think you know that your small hope to derail democracy has just gone down with the Cooper vote. Now have a large glass of sour grapes.
For the first time in my life, I'm not sure what I'd do if there was an election next month. Maybe Lib Dem, maybe a random independent.
Bit of an exaggeration mate. It went down sharply but not by much and nothing near the gains it’s made over the last few days. Markets still think we are staying in/soft Brexit. But I wouldn’t trust them in any way, shape or form.
May has bought herself a little more time by telling Tories that might have sided with Grieve and Cooper that there will be another chance in two weeks time, meanwhile keeping the ERG onside by pretending that she can get the Irish backstop removed. A clever balancing act for the time being, but her day of reckoning hasn't gone away, she's just postponed it a little longer.
Yes, she has no plan other than Hope that panic and fear will bring enough MPs over to the original agreement (which is looking increasingly attractive in current circumstances) as time runs out. The strategy of the inept.
You really are deluded. Fact ...It is law that we are leaving the EU on March 29th. The one chance the remoaners had to stop the will of the people failed. Thankfully there are still a few MP's that believe in our constitution. Every commentator is saying this is a massive win for May and she is back in the driving seat where as you say different. . You have bored me now. I want to debate with forward thinking people. cheers
So Jezza makes himself look a plonker again. He is weak and played this all wrong. The Irish should have stuck by the government and agreed something with this backstop. They have played this all wrong. Now Tusk is standing firm and he will fail as well. TM now has a good hand and should say to the EU sort it or you will come crashing down (which they will).
So if I'm correct in thinking that May goes back to the EU whom won't budge then has another vote on her deal until she gets the answer she wants! Typical Tory hypocracy! Anyone who wants a no deal is in my opinion a deluded, selfish, ignorant yet rich fool.
Adam Boulton just said it's the first time that parliament has agreed on something in that they want rid of the Backstop.
Oh well, that's life bob. More importantly is all this crap today should make the MP's work together and get the job done so we can all move on.
