I believe Trump and Giuliani should both be behind bars. Trump in prison and Giuliani in a nut house! By the way. For all the years since laughing boy Heath took us into Europe, does anybody know what we actually got out of it......apart from giving them millions and millions...…..?
Imports and exports without tariffs (and the jobs sustained by both) Consumer protection Freedom to live and work abroad Ability to travel abroad without spending the first three hours of your holiday in an immigration queue Access to a Europe-wide crime database The thing with the EU is so many of the benefits are small you can't emblazon them on the side of a bus, but you notice them when they're gone. For example, back in 2006 I went on a work trip to France where all but one of the party were EU members but one was Bulgarian (who hadn't joined the EU yet) and the difference in immigration procedures was telling, because the rest of us had immigrated, grabbed our bags, stopped for a cup of coffee (as flight was at like 6am) and rented the damn car for the trip by the time she'd been allowed through. On a similar note, a few years ago my mobile bill halved overnight due to EU legislation capping various charges (notably roaming charges) - and I couldn't help but notice that, in the last eighteen months, they've been creeping up again. As I said, these things seem small and you almost take them for granted - but take them away and suddenly your phone bill's skyrocketed and you're stuck in a queue at Magaluf for the next two hours because an Easyjet flight from Luton landed five minutes before you. It's also worth mentioning that, last year, the Dire Leader actually threatened to stop sharing information with the crime database if they didn't give her everything she demanded, which I'm sure definitely isn't going to affect any chances of getting any kind of trade deal or anything...
The main issue with the Dire Leader is she believes she has absolute power and should not be challenged - and this isn't just since she became PM as there's horror stories from her time as Home Secretary where she ruled the Home Office with an iron fist (which is also the real story behind that bollocks about easter eggs a couple of years back, as what was really going on was the head of the National Trust previously worked at the Home Office and refused to respect May's authoritah, so the manufactured outrage was a spiteful attack and nothing more) and a lot of how she operated was similar to her approach to the general election, with everything micromanaged to the point where she and only she could speak to the select few she deemed worthy. Add to that she utterly refuses to acknowledge any defeat that comes her way and tries to blather her way out of it (a lot like the Orange Overlord, in fact) while, like a lot of Tories (i.e. Cameron, Boris, Gove) she sees the electorate not as tens of millions of people but assets, either to be gambled or used as leverage
Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day...which to some people means it's the optimal time to accuse Jeremy Corbyn of being an antisemite With tweets like that, he could be the new numbers girl on Countdown...
Here's something you don't see every day: a journalist actually doing their job, namely calling out the waffling gargoyle for making **** up and trying to pass it off as fact Naturally it wasn't a BBC journalist doing this...
He couldn't deal with it at all, as he's not used to having his bullshit corrected. The ****ing traitor probably thought that he was going on RT, rather than RTE.
He's not. It's a subject that he can't win on. Address it? Inappropriate. Doesn't address it? Inappropriate. Ridiculous.
The sixteen year-old girl who she encouraged her far right followers to dogpile onto isn't so happy with her - and by complete coincidence, just as that little stunt gets her negative publicity she whines to the press about needing more security for Countdown tapings because people are bullying her online
So if England and Ireland (and Wales?) come out and Scotland stay, will Scotland have to go with the Euro? They will go bust!
A true double whammy for a xenophobic mysogynist - being torn a new one by an international female reporter
Glad he owns something cos he certainly doesn’t own his own party. 14 Labour MP’s vote against the Cooper amendment, supporting the May Can-Kicking exercise. Joke of an Opposition.
