Great read. Jeez he ticks all the boxes, really does. Sounds the perfect fit for us. I’ve no doubt some bigger club will be after him at some stage but gotta feeling when he eventually goes, he’ll be leaving on good terms with all of us & certainly not for a while.
It's brilliant but if he were to leave us in the future for a bigger team could you imagine their players being ok with this? It works at a club like ours with no knobs but I'm not so sure the likes of Man utd, Chelsea etc would be the same.
I think if one of those clubs eventually go for him they will have to accept his total approach the management. Also he is likeable, if the idea is sold to the players correctly and they see results, if could be the same there, as it is at Saints - most buy in, while rooting out the knobs.

Ag Agreed, I think Spurs are the danger club for us keeping hold of St Ralph when Poch goes to United or Madrid
Stop panicking...how long as he been here? He will move on if he is a big success....result, Saints have done well. He won't leave next season....far too soon. All managers leave in the end...the chance of any modern day manager turning into a Ted Bates is zilch. Now, That's the logical bit over.
I doubt that somehow. When he leaves us, it’ll be for a club that wins things. If even Pochettino has given up on winning anything at Spurs, it won’t be them
Yeah that's the key point, if he leaves us for a big job, he's done a great job. As long as we appoint a similar manager, rinse and repeat we will be ok! Loving life at the moment!!
