I thought long and hard about sharing this, I don't expect it to get any comments and it will sink to be the bottom of the ocean, but that's okay. It will be in the archive and it may just get used one day.

Obviously I work in the industry and for years now I've been helping people medicinally with all sorts of conditions, ranging from aches and pains, and arthritis, right through to cancer and parkinsons disease and everything in between. I really picked up the pace with it when I was starting the business. I've spoke to professionals in the Netherlands and England but also done a lot of research myself. What I'm sharing is a review that I wrote in September, last year. It may come in handy one day, it may not. I'll add to it if I think something is worth putting on here. Cheers.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I’ve been looking into more research about cancer and cannabis because I’m fascinated by it. We know that the two main reasons people are using cannabis oil, is for:

    1) To take away the side effects of cancer treatments.
    2) To kill cancer cells

We already know that clinical trials were performed by, Raphael Mechoulam, when he gave THC oil to children who were battling cancer. These results showed that it prevented loss of appetite, nausea and being sick, which chemotherapy generally causes. Although, for some reason when he handed the results of these trials over they were locked away and never published. With regards to killing cancer cells there’s still no clinical trials on that one, all we have is thousands of people’s stories online stating the cannabis oil has cured them. Remember though, in some cancers like breast cancer, too high a dose of THC could potentially speed up the cancer and shorten somebody’s life. So be careful with that one.

I get a lot of people coming into the shop asking me if they can take Cannabis oil with the hospital treatments, Chemotherapy and Radiation. I always just answered with they need to follow the doctors advice even though I had my suspicions it would be okay. From what I’ve learned now, it seems that not only will it be okay, but chemotherapy alongside cannabis oil could actually be giving better results. Chemotherapy is used to target proliferating cells in the body which is supposed to block their division and kill the cancer cells which we all know about. It seems like there’s an internal structure inside of us where these cells duplicate the DNA which allows the cancer to grow and spread. This is what the chemotherapy targets. When THC has been used in pre-clinical trials it has shown that it didn’t hinder the treatment at all and in fact made it greater.

Where this gets really interesting for me now though, is that the best results were shown using CBD, THC and Radiation together showed a dramatic reduction in the growth of glioblastomas in mice. Radiation is used to halt cell growth and cause cancer cells to die but used with them cannabinoids its looking at these early stages that it has outstanding results. So from now I’m feeling pretty comfortable telling people it’s okay to use the oil with the hospital treatments, as long as its not estrogen based cancer because you know I’m suspicious of that with THC oil.

    Peace out.

It's going to go up 700% in the next two years, apparently. I might be selling the company, though. I've just won a legal case that's been ongoing since last February against one of the giants in the industry over a brand I've released. They've spent nearly half a million quid on their new product and now can't release it. My solicitor said they'll now be making me an offer. Wait and see...

I'll be alright, I barely drink but I never really get to the point where I've lost control. We shall see <laugh>

Interesting topic Saf and i'm not qualified to make a judgement other than to say something slightly off topic but inline with your writings. Some years back my eyes were opened to pharmaceutical companies. In Italy there is a place called Acciaroli - there they hold records for high numbers of people living to 100 years of age. It also had low rates of heart disease and alzheimers. Research i believe was being carried out into the Mediterranean diet. Scientists were due to arrive but there was one noticeable absentee....pharmaceutical companies! Basically they don't want alternative medicines to a market they have exclusive domination of and profits. It was once said to me, why is there not a cure for cancer after all the years of research and billions of donations, I will leave people to draw their own conclusions. But i will finish by saying that thoughts were around natural remedies such as rosemary, so why not cannabis oil - I'm not advocating it, just asking the question.

Yeah, I hear this all the time. The pharmacutical companies are doing everything they can to slow the CBD industry down because people are genuinely moving away from the opiods the doctors are sticking down their neck and managing with CBD. They're giving companies back handers not to give us merchant accounts. PayPal are one of them because overnight they took our accounts from us, there's been other businesses that have pulled the plug overnight and its becoming more and more obvious to everybody in the industry, what's really going on. I've got customers that were taking 8 tramadol a day along with morphine meds. Now no morphine and maybe just one or two tramadol, each day. I believe they've known that Cannabis has anti-tumor properties for decades. There's been loads of pre-trials done, especially in Israel during the 70's, 80's and 90's, showing positive results every time. There's a long way to go, it's going to be incredibly difficult working out dosages and which particular cannabis strains interact with certain cancers but if they wanted too, it could be done.

When was the last time you seen a royal with cancer?

You touched on the diet and I believe that food is the biggest cause of cancer. I won't touch meat from a supermarket now, it comes through a butcher that I trust. I never drink water from the tap, neither. I've got a decent water purifier which takes all the **** out the water for me, but you can pick a basic one up for £10 - £15 and that will still do a decent job. Natural is the way to go, I've got an allotment so I'll be largely self sufficient now, which is what I've always wanted to do.

Fortunately I don’t want/need it for anything as serious as cancer but I hope there’ll be a day when taking some sort of cannabis supplement/oil will be as common and accepted as an omega 3 tablet. Our society is mad for its attitude towards it.

Oh he’s pro-cannabis, he just thinks the Rothschilds are stopping it all from going Legal and pharma companies are suppressing the industry. Couldn’t be further from the truth.
