If this is true it means we have sold Clarke to fund James

Doesn't make sense,Clark is probably the better player,so unless we are getting more money and a loan back

Ridiculous if true, we know what we've got with Clarke, James is a gamble, like all signings.

Makes no sense to me but yet we saw Viera offloaded in the Summer and then Bamford appeared? Clarke is the future and way better than Viera and Viera cannot get regular game time. I would say this isn't true

Not true as spurs are skint. They can’t afford any transfers so hardly going to splash out on Clarke and give him back

Read Clarke not for sale. Under review in the summer depending on the league we are in.

I read that, someone on Twitter claimed it was clickbait and Phil Hay said no it isn't, the two clubs are trying to find a deal suitable for both parties.

A simple test on Twitter is when you read this transfer speculation on someone’s page is to check back on some of their posting history. It’s usually rubbish or guesswork at best just trying to get a few clicks. Usually works where lufc is concerned and supporters desperate for transfer news. The one reliable source is Phil Hay and seldom wrong. I pay zero attention to anyone else’s

    Ian Harte’s Twitter:

“Ricky just to keep you updated. Jack will be staying at Leeds and wants to get the club back to where it belongs!!! #MOT"

He is Clarke’s agent so a reliable source!

    Smart decision, good lad!

Maybe he means Leeds Street, Edmonton as that is just to the north of Tottenham ;)
