I’m always hungry. I could probably balloon to 20st in no time if I didn’t watch what I ate. Heaviest I’ve been is 14st 8 when my thyroid was ****ed before I started taking meds, now I’m about 13st 6.
I'm never really hungry tbh I can just eat whatever is around and if I'm having a cheat meal will have some ridiculous portion. My fry ups make Comms look like baby portions. I've always wanted to try some of those food challenges, reckon I could smash a few of them. At uni I got really fat, stopped playing football in my 3rd year as I couldn't be ****ed with the politics anymore and wasn't into the gym at that point. Carried on eating takeaways every day and drinking 6 days a week and put on about 6 stone in 18 months or something. It was ****ing great. Lost it all pretty quickly when I finished uni after I realised being a fat mess wasn't great
I just didn't finish my dinner as it goes. Had a decent breakfast of porridge with prunes, chia and whey isolate and dinner was a portion of three bean chilli over a pack of microwave rice. Didn't finish it. Feel enormous after the weekend. Tea is beef stew on the slow cooker, couldn't be arsed of thinking of something different. That's ready, will transfer that to a dish and do some chicken thighs overnight, imn a shop bought 'New York Style' Buffalo marinade. Whatever that is, hot and buttery apparently
Aye, i thought they must be massive mate..Unless your portions are very small. I know brb was taking the piss out of it the other day, but i quite like it.
Cropped the picture as I don't want to eat his stove. Bought the glare off and played with the saturation to enhance the meat sauce.
They are nice bowls for that kind of dish with a nice deep well in the middle. So simple version. Fried onion, garlic and dried oregano in olive oil then added spoon of red wine vinegar and reduced. Added the beef and full whack till nice and brown only stirring now and then. Seasoned then 2 tins of Tom's and lid on full whack for 30 mins so it reduces a lot and goes quite dark.
Fairplay the mrs made a slow cooker dinner. French beef Provençal casserole. The recipe had orange zest in it. Now I’m no professional chef but one thing I would never put with a stew / casserole is orange. It was ****ing horrendous. Who wants the taste of orange zest with beef and gravy. Vile. French twats.
Just realised i've got tons of eggs. Im gonna have to cook some.. a decent recipe to use some, i don't want an omelette, or anything complicated.
