Scores another match winning goal for QPR....

We've given Coloccini, Gutierrez and Enrique years to get up to standard, why not give him a chance? I've been saying this for ages, and i've been justified in loving this lad. He hasn't been given a real chance in the premier league. I'd personally like to see -

-Routledge----------Barton-------------Tiote----------Gutierrez

---------------------------------Ben Arfa---------------------------

-----------------------------------Nolan-----------------------------

We should either give him more time, or sell him, it's unfair for a bright little cracker of a player just be used as cover. Some birds aren't meant to be caged.

He's been given about 8 chances in the PL, this continues to prove he is one of those players who tears up the CCC and cant hack the prem. Get over him.

Also he isnt coming back anyway, QPR are dead certs for promotion, and we've supposedly lined up Marveaux in the summer to replace him.

In each of those clubs, he never got a regular starting position, and was regularly a sub player. 5 apps for Spurs in 3 years, 2 apps for Aston villa in a season. He was sent on loan plenty of times but again was just seen as an impact player.
If Gutierrez deserves 2 years, Routledge deserves a season atleast.

It's irrelevant because he isnt coming back, and if he was really good enough you'd think Palace, Spurs, Villa, Fulham, Portsmouth or us might have noticed, even from sub apps?

Also think about it, loaning him out made no sense and we tried to replace him with players of lesser/similar quality, I am fairly certain he asked for the move but because he isnt as high profile as Carroll the media didnt think much of it.

If doesn't get game time, he should be sold to QPR. He deserves to be a vital part of a team, and that team is QPR. He's a crackin player, but im my opinion, he's better on an attacking team like QPR, where as our team is very composed and creative in midfield.

But do you realise that part of the deal is if they get promoted he signs automatically? We have no say, and they are getting promoted, it' nearly certain.

Well atleast we'll get a couple of million for him <ok>

i find it funny, to be honest.

in our past 3 games we have needed a 2nd goal to kill the team off (spurs/mackems) and at fulham we need chances created to score goals....

3 games he has been there scored 2 and i am sure he set up one also....

i dont see him coming back, but at times like this when our striker runs off/one gets injured..... he is good back up, as no doubt lovenkrands will be put out on the wing like he has in the past

Yeah, it may seem a tad annoying that he's now scoring consistently after he's left us, but QPR are a CCC team after all.

I thought he was decent when he played for us, but nothing better than anything else we had. Especially with players like HBA coming in, he had no chance.

It'll be interesting to see how well he performs for QPR when they get to the Prem. Pretty much a dead cert he'll sign for them permanently, and pretty much a dead cert QPR will be promoted.

It's still great to see him performing well, and I wish him the best of luck.

He can be a decent first choice player for another team, and I'm not one to want him just to be a bench warmer for us, 'cause that's just what he would be, especially with Marveaux being lined up also

In an ideal world I'd still like to keep him, but he wants constant first team action to be fair to him.

Plus, slightly more transfer funds (hopefully). Can't complain.

I think Wayne Routledge was good enough to play for Newcastle United even if Alan Pardew doesn't - he just lacked self belief. Get him back in the summer and he will enjoy shoving Pardew's words back down his throat. I reckon it's just good management by Pardew - Routledge will be fired up to prove him wrong and will come back a better player.

...or we'll sell him! <laugh>...

I've just noticed this but people are still calling it the CCC even though it's officially the boiler league now. NPC anyone?
